If I'm being honest some of GG Poker isn't too bad. They do have some good Poker games and lots of people playing, so you never have to wait long for a sit and go game to start. Their daily freebie is pretty awesome as well. My 1 score comes from the horrible customer service which is high on my list for a good casino. In Canada they only have emails which gets 1 reply each business day. It takes forever to solve any sort of issue you bring to them. And what's even higher on my list, as well as most I assume, is the speed of their withdrawls. I use interact online, it is an instant process that they have found a way to drag on for a few days or more every time. And never on a weekend. When I win, I would like my winnings processed in a reasonable amount of time. This doesn't happen here at all. In fact, they send an email counting down the time you have to cancel your request . That doesn't sound like they are all about responsible gambling at all. I dont recommend playing here, there are much better options out there.

A couple things, first, they do have crypto options and there is much more than just poker. There is slots, live dealers, several top providers, as well as multiple options for poker. They have a decent loyalty system in place, and some great poker tournaments too. The one thing that is a total downside to this casino, at least for me anyways, is their withdrawal processing times. They are horrible. This day and age there is only one reason for a casino to take longer than a day to process a withdrawl request. Casinos do this in hopes that the player will cancel their request and play their winnings back into the casino. A lot of casinos have minimized this behavior but GG Poker says they are just following protocol by looking over every request one by one. All other casinos that I play at can do all this within one hour of me making a withdrawl request. This is the only drawback to GG Poker getting from a good casino to being a great casino in my opinion. In short, if you don't mind the longer than normal wait times for your withdrawl then this casino will be great for you. At least they are honest and transparent . I do recommend this casino, but their processing times suck. Good luck players.
