At first was not too thrilled with crown coins but I got to tell you they turned it around. I won $400 on a bonus (I have deposited hundreds of dollars there in the past) and this time they did come through. Albeit it took them about a week! My biggest complaint is their customer service is a loop you can get trapped in the loop and it's just an AI bot so having actual communication with the person is very difficult. They have a great library of games though and lots of great extras.

At first I wasn't to crazy about crowns when I first signed up and it wasn't until I had played on many other platforms and lost and lost, I mean like a lot to online casinos in general. So here is my problem with these places these days. These freaking advertisements that you have to watch while you are playing a game on your phone or whatever. These ads say download now and get a free $40 SC bonus. Not true. Okay, I like crown coin a pretty good amount, even for not depositing you can still rack up a decent amount to play and I've turned a few dollars into hundreds here multiple times (though I end up stopping my withdrawal because it takes to long) this site really needs same day pay or something fast for under 300 or so. The customer service is non-existent All it is is a 24-hour bot. You do not speak with actual humans. Redemptions are iffy at best and are not quick. Even if the casino says you're verified they will ask for more verification when you're trying to withdraw And that gets sketchy too because you can't actually speak to a human so if you try to create a ticket and the bot says you can't there's no recourse. Play at your own risk. I hope LCB publishes this BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW!

Don't trust this casino they are shady shady shady shady shady about payouts. They take way too long and they don't pay many people out for dumb reasons. Also customer service is not available there's only a bot and you will go in circles for days with no options to contact a human there's not even a email that's direct to a human You have to create a ticket and at the bot decides you don't get a ticket you don't get a ticket.

This platform is all hype no action... I've deposited more than I could count and never able to get any line hits on deposited SC. But what really bugs me the most is the overly annoying advertisement when you log in. It doesn't remember your last selection of coins, by default always opens to GC and all the annoying screens pop up and then when you switch to SC same thing. We can all do without CrownCoins.

the daily rewards and social contests and loot and 15 pop ups a day make for a great social casino that requires no deposit and you might cash out once every 1-3 months for free. However I due to all this vomiting of coins for free and their massive progressives I would never put your own money in. My guess is RTP is 20% lower than most sites you could go to. Club Player is 96% RTP for almost all games so put your money where bonuses are few.
