I've been attempting to verify my account ever since I signed up, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. Customer support appears to be completely unresponsive. I've submitted my documents five times and reached out via email, yet I haven't received a single reply. It feels like there's a deliberate attempt to delay my withdrawal requests. If this issue isn't resolved today, I will escalate the matter to the Gambling Commission and IBAS.

Excellent and trustworthy Casino, great game selection although not quite as large as I would have hoped. And a very quick turnaround for cashing out deposit options or pretty limited but it doesn't require a lot of money to be deposited the minimum requirement is much lower than some others. And the minimum withdrawals also much lower than others. All in all I find it a great place to play However be wary of the bonuses that you take. Even when you drop down to zero balance that's zero pennies and zero dollars nothing left Your bonus will still remain and it will reply to your next deposit the wagering that was left over. Seem to only way to get it out of there is to get into the live support and ask them they clear the bonus which is a nuisance and kind of irritating. For that I've given them one star less than five, because it truly is very irritating and by the amount of casinos that don't have this issue it's completely fixable. I'm willing to change my rating should they change this part of their website design.

Casumo is a decent online casino, but it didn’t quite blow me away. The game selection is solid, and the site is easy to navigate. However, I found the bonuses to be a bit underwhelming compared to other casinos. While the live casino is enjoyable, I was hoping for more unique features or promotions. I have played at Casumo casino several times. For me this is an ok casino. They offer a really interesting and fun loyalty program. Also, the bonus offer is not bad. Cashouts process is fast. I do not have any major complaints about this casino

Casumo has a lot of promotions, including deposit bonuses and a lot of other good promotions. There are plenty of providers and games, which lets you choose from multiple games and providers. Deposits are quick land wihdrawals are quick too
