Casumo is a decent online casino, but it didn’t quite blow me away. The game selection is solid, and the site is easy to navigate. However, I found the bonuses to be a bit underwhelming compared to other casinos. While the live casino is enjoyable, I was hoping for more unique features or promotions. I used to enjoy playing here. Now, however, most games are the 94% or lower RTP versions. This really destroys any fun one can have playing at a casino as the games take your money much quicker than the proper 96% versions. Also, they've conveniently placed a drop-down menu over the help file on most Microgaming games, making very difficult to access and view RTP information. One other strange quirk, maybe just the conspiracy theorist in me, but any time I attempted to load a game that actually WAS 96%, I would get an error message on the first attempt, making me have to reload the page once or twice to start playing. This hasn't happened once to any game that is 94%. Coincidence? Maybe. Regardless, will not return to Casumo until they straighten their act out.

This seems like a very nice casino. It is technically good with nice layout and display when in game play. The customer service seems good and they offer bonuses now and then. I have only deposited here maybe five to ten times and might have become a loyal player but for the fact that I just cannot seem to win at this casino. I think I have made one very small withdrawal once, which was processed fast. But if you are unlucky it just does not lead to more play at the given venue where you are unlucky. I find within 2 hours processing time long enough and their withdrawal time frame is between 4 and 12 hours. that's a little bit too long. I have already posted a review here but feel i need to add an update to let players know what i went through at this casino. In the beginning i thought they were the best and had the best support...well after leveling up to over 80 (level 84). I got less and less from this casino. They used to keep my withdrawals in pending mode for some time. i had to speak to them on chat to get it processed as in the beginning they were quick to process in less than an hour with all my withdrawals.
