These guys are awful and liars. And its not the first time so my own fault for going back to this group. I cashed out $500 on October 22 and was told 48 hours max. It is now the 27th and no payment. Casino cruise has a really good welcome package and have lots of good promotions but I find they have a really weak loyalty program. It is really hard to earn loyalty points and it takes a whopping minimum 1000 points to redeem only a 10$ bonus. The casinos website shows that you can redeem 100 points for 1$ but its not true. I also noticed above its shows that you can exchange 100 points for 1$ but that's wrong as well. I even contacted live support about this issue multiple times and they said you can only start redeeming at 1000 points.
