Used to play here very much but unfortunately i noticed bad changes in the recent past. I had a probelm with a withdrawal here as they insisted I broke a term which I'm sure I hadnt. This was enough for me. Also, withdrawal times take too long for my taste in general. I can think of better casinos!

ive had no dealings with del rio but winner casino is a decent place regular free 5 chips with 20x wager ive deposited 40gbp and cashed well over a 1000 at least 400 from free 5chips, del rio however once downloaded floods you with pop ups to deposit and is very hard to remove.

Casino del rio is not available anymore for romanian players because this was added on the romanian blacklist. If i try to open the casino page, appear a warning from the ONJN gov. For many years, I played, enjoyed and had a good time at Casino Del Rio. It was one of my favourite Playtech casino at one time, along with its sister 7Regal Casino. Made many deposits, made many withdrawals too, and withdrawal times were usually 4 or 5 days as per Playtech standards. However, since the year 2014, their casino management team seemed to have gone from good to bad! Every time when I was offered a nice 30% or 40% Cash Back offer, I could not get it straight away. Why? Because the support team could never find that corresponding email offer in my account. So I had to go through the hassles of taking a screenshot of that specific cash back offer, send it over to the casino's Support team, then wait for a confirmation. I always got it confirmed, or course, but my question is, wtf is the right hand doing that the left hand doesn't know???!!! What kind of management is/was that? After several similar identical happenings at both Casino Del Rio and 7Regal Casino, I just blew my top one day and closed both accounts. If a casino team cannot even run the casino properly, can you really trust them at all?! Not to me, thank you!

Affiliated to the winner casino group is automatically a dodgy warning singe, but I didn't know at the time and even referred a friend to the casino and when it came to claiming it they gave us all kinds of hell, we had to beg and fight for the stupid bonus and support was the same unfriendly , unsupportive cs I've ever experienced I don't recommend this casino at all

Not much to say about this casino, it's part of the winner group and have terrible terms and conditions for winnings won on progressive jackpots you will get paid in increments I'd be careful here

I have here an account, when they have a great no deposit bonus of 50 euro, and that had a maxcashout of 200 euro! I did deposited here once 50 euro and withdrew the 200 euro, since than, i never deposited, didnt received any free chips or spins, i forgot my login details, so I must recover my login details.I waited 10 days for my cashout,maybe now they will proceed faster payouts! I am not sure about this but I think that this casino was running on other platform before maybe one years ago when I was playing here it was microgaming casino. Now they use playtech and I think that this is good for this casino and they are improved since than for sure. I think that I will start to play more often here.

This was one of my favorite Playtech casinos or some time but not any more. I don’t know what has changed but I prefer other casinos now. The download play works really bad and laggs. Altough I have never faced any problems with withdrawals, I just think there are better Playtech casinos with wider game selection and bigger bonuses.

Another playtech site to avoid! They have the same dodgy rules as Bellini and as I said in Bellini review they payout progressives at $10,000 per week even if you win like $700,000 they won't budge on this rule and it makes them unfair in my opinion regardless of how nice they are about normal cashouts etc. They also dodge players with issues and forums won't deal with them as they are just a pain! Well, I'm not that sure that sending a notarized ID by mail is a good idea anyway, and I did try to find that in the terms and conditions and just couldn't. Not to say that this is the first time I head they ask for something like that. The site did seem OK to me, a Playtech site with a mobile site version (well, actually a Winner Mobile site to be exact). The No Deposit bonus they offer is quite huge, a $50, but with a rather high WR (minimum 50x for slots), and a rule you have to do at least 50 spins. Then, in order to cash out (provided you actually won anything) you have to make a $50 deposit first. I lost it all even before making 50 spins, so can't talk about any winnings. I won't risk depositing here, since basically I haven't seen anything so far that makes me change my mind.

Guys!!! Never play at Delrio Casino!!! They are cheaters. I received nodeposit bonus at this casino. Then i met the wagering requirement and earned 200$. I made deposit 50$ in order to be able make cashout. Support said me that i can cashout all 250$. I ordered cashout. In some days they asked me to send them my documents. I sent them my passport and utility bill. In 3 days they wrote that i shoul send them notarized id via post to Philippines. I wrote them that i am not an idiot and i will not engage in such nonsense because it will tale more than 1 month while the letter will come from Russia to Phillippines.
