Was scammed of over 6000 euro at this casino. Was told I had created multiple accounts and cheated, rules 3 and 9. Upon further research I was not the only one. I have counted over 40000 euro being stolen in total in the past few months with the same reasons being used always. Rule 3 and 9. Dont gamble here. Their license is fake.

I deposited onto their book and received their 150% bonus. The roll over was pretty intense, having to bet 13x in 13 days but I was able to do it in 12 and had a moderate bankroll when I was done. I verified all my documents with them and completed the KYC process. I submitted a withdrawal request, and a week later I received an email saying I was in violation of rules 3, 9, 16, and 17. I read the rules thoroughly and quickly recognized that I didn't violate any of these so I contacted their support team. They refused to provide specifics claiming that if that information leaked people would be able to exploit it, but that I violated all 4 rules and that their decision was final. I was not able to even withdraw my initial deposit. To explain how ridiculous this is, Rule 3 is just a rule about not having multiple accounts. I have never had a previous account with betplays. I have no doubt that some people try to exploit their bonus system and create multiple accounts, but the account I opened was my only account. The account was in my own name and I completed the KYC process and provided all requested documents. They just keep repeating that they have proof that I had another account which is completely untrue. I can only conclude that the website is fraudulent. Offering high roll over requirements that are unlikely to be met, and then refusing to pay when someone does actually roll over the bonus.

Stay away from the casino! Thyy actually think its ok for them to re-open closed accounts belonging to gambling addicted players. AFter they did this they was so "profesionel" to sent a mail to all the users a mail to tell them, that their accounts was now open. This casino should be avoid at all costs!!! Take a look at Askgamblers and Casino.guru as well... there are plenty of unsolved complaints they dont care about.

Haven't tried this casino yet but i just read their bonus terms and spotted one horrible term. If you play with casino welcome bonus, max winnings is 2x bonus amount. This is the reason i give this casino only 1/5 points. Imo that is maybe the worst bonus term Ive ever seen.
