20 Free spins from the telegram channel - $170 won - The total win was reduced to $75. I would understand this IF i had met the wagering requirements BUT I had not - No deposit bonus wagering is x50 - Free spins wagering is x30, on my account profile it says x50
When I contacted the casino, live chat did nothing- said to email, no attempt to look into the issue, 1 email sent, no reply 24 hours - 2nd email sent, I then received this reply - Hello Monica,

Thanks for reaching out!

Kindly be advised that, as per the terms and conditions of the promotion you claimed via our Telegram channel, the maximum winnings allowed are 75 NZD.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

If you have any questions in the meantime, just reply to this email. We’re always here to help!

Still no real answers and all the information contradicts itself, so on that note THANK GOD i didnt spend any money here! I always play all the free stuff before I deposit at any casino! If the live chat agents are unhelpful, there is no way that I am spending my money here - However when they are before you put money in .... thats how loyalty is formed... I cant imagine how hard it would be to get my money withdrawn from this casino ..since they cant even get there own T&C right .... next

Said third party offer LCB25 had expired but gave me 20 spins good will gesture without asking. Fast and seamless with excellent support plus good reviews so it's a thumbs up from me. I'll be depositing at some stage for those reasons.

Its my second favourite casino right now.
Many games and providers.
Payout and verification also fast for me.
They have a lot of no deposit bonuses in their telegram, i like it a lot.

I recommend this casino!

I had a telegram 25 fs promo had $6.40 to wager went to one game played a few spins then realised my wins didplayed weren't matching my balance apon review in the in game history every win had roughly half deducted. I went straight to the chat to instantly within a minute to they contacted the game provider and was credited correctly but showing wrong in game history i called bs and after being lied to it didn't happen again ,| them talied the in game history and my actual from profile history and | was correct the over $3 of funds had been skimmed to have a chat rep try to claim instantly contacting the game provider and and replying to me is absurd.
STAY AWAY!!

I opened my account at BetandPlay a little while ago but have only deposited and never won. It has a good selection of games and some good and reasonable bonuses. It also has fast easy verification process

Great Casino with nice Layout, all Providers i like, nice support.
And an Good selection of slots.

This casino might of been alright , but by the sad 0.40 cents from the freespins i wouldnt bother checking it out any further , so thats it for me ,not really any type of helpful review ,
