Horrible support - I tried contacting them 3x - first time I was completely ignored even though it says "online 24/7" Second time I waited over half an hour for the agent to just read my message and didn't reply lol. I won R300 in free spins then I had to go through almost R18 000 wager. I was playing for the whole day and when I was done wagering I finished with R1000 which automatically dropped to R500. I wanted to cashout right away my winnings from hardly wagered free spins so I contacted the support for the third time to request a withdrawal. That time the support replied to me after 10 minutes claiming that I am not even allowed to cashout anything!! LOL If there's anyone wondering whether to play at Apollo Slots please make yourself a favour and never play there ! You will save a lot of time, energy and money.

Signedup via LCB every went ok when signinup, website looks nice! But as usually you neeed to verify account with email but what if that email does not come.. thats here the case. Not receiving verification email after numerous resending it. Had send couple of emails to @Support but till this day i have not received any reply and its now almost 3 weeks ago. Not to speak about their Livechat.. believe it is not (A)Live..it shows always 'Online' but jabe tried many many times to get cotact at different times on the day but non replies. I really regret ive signedup with them. If this goes this way before i even played/deposit.. you can wait for itto get problems very soon! Its all about that first 'feeling' when playing at an new casino.. and that aint feeling good for me :) All i can say...just pay some extra caution..

The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be to have option to change the currency to suit the players country. Apart from that it was a good online casino with good choice of current games

DGClarke When I signup this the results I got: Player created successfully. Data synchronization with third party failed I tried to log in but got this result: invalid credential I tried to signup again but it says: email already exists Have email support. Waiting for a response from them.
