Alf casino is part of a new group that opened multiple casinos. They have good games and promotions but they have a HUGE problem and it is their bonus terms. You really have to read them before doing any deposits as they are literally made to cut you from any chances of winning as you are not allowed to play all the good games for early play (book of dead and others) and then the good games for wager like terminator 2. You are just not allowed to use any kind of logic "strategies" to improve your chances of beating the wager. Avoid if you are planning to play with bonuses.

So first of all let me say I loved the game... yes I know this might make me old school but a casino named after one of my favorite tv series of all times couldn't go wrong now could it? The games variety is very good, the staff is friendly and support didnt take long at all, the only negative point I would say would be the withdrawals were a slow pace and had to be divided, this along with the high playthrough makes it difficult to keep your winnings, but overall I liked it as I said.

I am not sure whether this is the place to write a complaint, but this should act as a warning to anyone trying to play in this casino. I made a deposit directly from LCB and got a bonus. I lost the money and then made another deposit of 50 euro. I played a bit and went up to 75 and down to 30 euro. I then realized i had a 0.07 bonus from the previous deposit and cancelled it. All my balance was wiped out!!!!! I spoke to chat and they send me an email stating that the Winnings of my SECOND deposit, go to the bonus balance of my first deposit. So for a 0.07 bonus balance I lost ALL my winnings I made with my second deposit. I read the terms and nowhere it says that the winnings go to the bonus balance. This is also stated in LCB that they do not have Bonus Terms and Conditions. The worst part is that I replied to their email, send a reminder, spoke to chat and then spoke to chat again, and now, 6 days later, I have yet to get any response at all. They seem to think that crediting the winnings in the bonus balance of previous deposits is normal. Even if it was a normal casino, would have seen this and said: "ok a balance of 0.07 is not worth wiping out the whole deposit" and would have made an effort to give me my money back...

I wasnt fascinated by this casino. But i made deposit here because wasable to play netent games. Dont know why they are not restricted to me but was very happy about that. First deposit did not reach account and had to wait for finance team to verify. Live support were extremely slow with approx 30 minutes wait time. Live support wouldn't added bonus AND freespins together. Had to play with bonus first then come back for the freespins for code LCBonus exclusive as per casino's rule of "no 2 bonuses active at the same time". Staff were not well-informed about what's on offer as i'm given different info with each revisit and it's only relating to the ONE bonus. Doubtful whether I will be back any time soon.

I liked Alf casino. As far as this group of casinos goes it was one of their better ones. It was a bit of a shame to see no microgaming however, but the layout of the casino is relatively good. Live chat were accessible at all times, and the promotion was added promptly after i made contact with them.
