X-MAN - 50 LINES

About X-Men: 50 Lines

If you’ve played Playtech’s X-Men video slot, then the chances are that you’ll be considerably impressed with this offering, which is played over a bigger total of 50 paylines. X-Men: 50 Lines is basically the same game as the original X-Men slot, although Playtech have naturally game you more ways to win. This will cost you more in terms of bets, though. Coin values range from 0.01 up to 1.00, and players can be as many as 10 per line, as before. Minimum bets cost 0.01 per line, per spin, but maximum bets will now set you back up to 500.00 per spin. There is a Turbo Mode in this game, and that will allow for faster gameplay, but aside from that it doesn’t do much else. X-Men: 50 Lines remains one of Playtech’s Marvel Mystery Progressive Jackpot Network slots, with 4 progressives of varying sizes there for you to win.

Special Features

The wild symbol is plain enough in this slot, and it can substitute for all other symbols in the game, barring the scatter.

Those scatters appear as X-Men logos, and they can trigger the Heroes vs. Villains free spins bonus, as well as offer you scattered wins when 3 or more appear anywhere on the reels.

If players land the hero icons in any combination in an X on the second, third, and fourth reels of the slot, they will trigger an instant win prize, which is worth 5x the total bet.

As we’ve said, this is a progressive jackpot slot. The progressives are triggered at random, but the more you wager, the more likely you are to trigger the bigger wins. Once the progressive bonus game is activated, you will be taken to a second screen. There you must choose from 20 squares on a 4x5 grid. Each square contains a progressive jackpot icon, and when you have matched three progressive symbols, you will be handed the respective progressive jackpot that those symbols denote. There are four progressives for you to win; namely the Power, Extra Power, Super Power, and Ultimate Power jackpots, and they each have quite different sums of cash up for grabs.

Bonus Feature

The free games feature is triggered by landing 3 or more X-Men icons anywhere on the screen. In this feature, players will start with an unlimited number of spins in the Heroes Mode bonus. Once they land a villain wild, they will be transported to the Villains Mode bonus, which only offers them 8 free games. If they can locate a hero wild within those 8 free spins, they will return to the unlimited Heroes Mode bonus and so on, and so forth. If they fail to locate a hero wild before the 8 Villains Mode bonus spins expire, the free spins will come to an end. Hero and villain extra wilds can only appear on the third reel in each mode.
