VIKINGS GO BERZERK

About Vikings Go Berzerk

Who else but the Scandinavian powerhouse that is Yggdrasil could come up with a Viking themed video slot? Unlike many of the more serious Viking and Norse mythology themed slots out there on the net, Vikings Go Berzerk is a far less serious game, with comical and cartoony graphics, all designed in stunning 3D. This slot machine game is played over a 5x4 format, with a total of 25 paylines spread over its reels. Players cannot adjust the paylines which feature in the game, but they can choose coin values which range from 0.01 up to 5.00 in all, and that will allow their total bets to range from 0.25 per spin, up to a fair 125.00 per spin. Players can win a petite non-progressive prize in this game, valued at around 250 coins in all. To win that, they will need to line up 5 of the scared Viking symbols on a line.

Special Features

There are several nifty features in this slot. One feature is Rage. Every time a player lands a winning combination with a Viking, their Rage Meter will rise. Once a Rage Meter is full, a free spins bonus begins.

This slot’s wild symbol can substitute for all other icons in the game, except for the free spins symbol, which we will come to in just a moment. Wild symbols appear as shields with “wild” written on them.

Bonus Feature

A free spins bonus mode is present in this slot, and it is known as Berzerk Mode. It begins with the Viking you used to trigger the Rage Meter in Berzerk Mode, and will see Vikings pocket big cash prizes with victory against the Siren.

Another way to trigger the free spins feature is to land 3, 4 or 5 of the Siren free spin symbols on the reels. In this feature, all Vikings have a chance to enter Berzerk Mode, and become sticky wilds. Players can win 7, 14, or 21 free spins for landing 3, 4 or 5 of the respective scatters on the reels during the base game.

The slot also features a Treasure Chest on the fourth reel. It can offer you five prizes, including free spins, wild reels, extra wilds, or cash prizes. A Golden Treasure Chest can appear on the fifth reel and offer you similar goodies, but it can also offer you the Ragnarök free spins feature, and a Rage Boost bonus.
