I verified the account, withdrew my winnings from the promotional amount of $200, then played, cool casino, made deposits (over $200), and once again I made a deposit, lost the amount and decided to activate the promotional code DE25CODE. I played back the wager again and set a withdrawal amount of $500 (mco promocode). And after 2 days I receive a letter that they decided to block my account. What is this called anyway?

Yeah its took much time to verify my documents but when I sent my request for depositing method verification they verified in less than a day. I received mail about the confirmation of depositing method verification which was Skrill. It's new in industry let's wait how this casino behave in future? About withdrawal I have no experience because nothing's to win only lost.

This casino seems really great until it comes time for them to payout, the process is a complete joke. In 2024 when it’s simple to verify ID and send a payout in literally a manner of minutes, for some reason DECODES KYC process takes at this point 10 business days so far. They tell you 3-5, but that’s a lie. And if they do decide to accept your id verification then they won’t process your payout for another 2 business days after that. I’m not sure why some sites can have all of that done in less than 20 minutes and this one takes literal weeks, but there’s no reason for any casino to have these ridiculous wait times and even less reason for people to play there when there so many places that hold up their end of the bargain.

Decode is sending me emails with offers that aren't applicable to my account. That's such a pain in my opinion. Casinos that do this make me think they're casting a wide net for depositors and don't care much about anything else...ergo I'm less likely to deposit there.

I tried to reach live chat before registering to ask what verification items are required for a withdrawal and live chat wasnt even working. The message would just bounce back to me. Just from looking around on their site, I was able to figure out they require to much info for acct verification.
