Yeah its took much time to verify my documents but when I sent my request for depositing method verification they verified in less than a day. This casino seems really great until it comes time for them to payout, the process is a complete joke. In 2024 when it’s simple to verify ID and send a payout in literally a manner of minutes, for some reason DECODES KYC process takes at this point 10 business days so far. They tell you 3-5, but that’s a lie. And if they do decide to accept your id verification then they won’t process your payout for another 2 business days after that. I’m not sure why some sites can have all of that done in less than 20 minutes and this one takes literal weeks, but there’s no reason for any casino to have these ridiculous wait times and even less reason for people to play there when there so many places that hold up their end of the bargain.
