About Mighty Kong

Mighty Kong is Top Game’s take on the King Kong tale, and it is one which features considerably better graphics than those which appear in other developer’s King Kong slots. Mighty Kong offers you 5 reels and a whopping 50 paylines to bet on. Mighty Kong allows players to choose coin values of 0.01 up to 0.50, with players able to stake up to 10 per line. Mighty Kong does not allow you to alter the number of lines you play with, though. This means that you are ultimately going to be wagering anything from a minimum bet of a costly 0.50 per spin, up to 250.00 per spin. The most you can win is 1,000x your total bet in this slot.

Special Features

Wilds are hugely important in this slot, since they can expand on the third reel. When they do, they will cover the entire reel, but only if it is possible to bag a winning combination by them doing so. Wilds appear as blue squares with “wild” written across them in a jungle-style font. The wild symbols can replace all other symbols, save for scatter icons.

It is worth taking a look at the scatter icon, which appears as King Kong himself. In the Mighty Kong slot, scatters cannot offer multipliers against your total bet, but they can trigger a free spins bonus round if three or more are located anywhere up on the reels of the base game, during a single spin.

Bonus Feature

If you are fortunate enough to land 3 scatter icons, you will be taken a second screen where you have a choice to make. Basically, players are going to have to choose the type of free spins game they wish to play. On the one hand, they can opt to play with a whopping 40 free spins, although they will only receive a 1x multiplier for those spins. If they should choose to play with 13 free spins, then they will pocket a 3x multiplier on their winnings in the bonus game. Another option is the 8 free spins deal, which provides you with 5x multipliers on your winnings. The final option open to you provides you with 5 free spins, with all winnings multiplied by 8x their normal rate of pay. Personally, the 13 free spins with a 3x multiplier seems to be the most useful of the bunch.
