About Donuts

Donuts is a baffling and truly horrific game from Big Time Gaming (BTG), at least in terms of rules. This tasty slot machine has been designed with a nutty 2,401 paylines. Moreover, it features 4 reels, which truly makes this slot something to behold. How the gameplay works is rather complex, and it is going to take players more than a few minutes to get to grips with it all. Fortunately, there is a free version of this game out there for you to play, so you can get your practice in before you wager real money on it. As for the wagering itself, minimum bets cost 0.05 per spin, and maximum bets do not exceed 0.10 a spin. Players can expect to win up to 15x their total bet in the base game, and no more than 50x their total bet in the free spin bonus.

Special Features

First and foremost, this slot requires players to unlock paylines. To begin with, there are nowhere near 2,401 lines. As you play, donut boxes can land on the reels. When they do, they can dish out four donuts. Players will also land multipliers wilds worth up to 4x. The extra symbols can add additional paylines in the game, and the better the symbols are, the more likely you are to get to play with extended paylines for a short period of time. If that sounds complicated, make sure you play the demo to see what we mean.

The Donuts slot also comes with wild symbols, and these appear as multi-coloured emblems. The icons can only pop up on reels 2 and 4, but they can replace all other symbols in the game except for bonus symbols.

Bonus Feature

Those bonus symbols appear as golden donuts. You will need at least 3 or 4 of them to trigger the slot’s principle bonus round, which offers 12 or 20 free spins depending on the number of bonus icons you landed. Before the feature, only golden donuts and empty spots appear on the reels. You need as many golden donuts as possible here, and multipliers can be won, too. Once a countdown reaches zero, the bonus properly begins with your free spins. Every golden donut you landed prior to that will help you land multipliers and free spins for use in the feature. Again, it’s all very weird stuff, and it is best that you familiarise yourself with Donuts before you wager for real money on this game.
