COPS AND BANDITS

About Cops N Bandits

Cops N' Bandits is a crime/adventure-themed 5-reel, 3-row, 30-payline slot game by Playtech. It is based on the adventures of two bandits, Skinny Larry and Tiny George, and a cop, Slim McThin, whom you can meet in the game's intro. The theme is immediately discernible in both the symbols and the features, which are both entertaining and profitable. It's a relatively simple game to play. If you want to do anything else while waiting for a feature to activate, you can use autoplay. The Line-up Bonus Game is one of the features, and the Free Spins with a Locked Wild is the other.

Special Features

This game's emblems are all related to crime and the police. Slim McThin, the high-paying symbol, can be seen looking for evidence with a flashlight when part of a winning line. Then there's Skinny Larry and Tiny George, the bandits. Skinny Larry can be seen sneaking with a large bag of coins when he's part of a winning line.

The Wild symbol pays the most and can replace all other symbols save the Scatter and Bonus symbols. You'll gain an x300 multiplier for your triggering bet if you get 5 Scatter symbols – the police badge. You won't be able to deselect the paylines in this slot to lower your stake because they are set. You can bet as little as £0.01 per line or £0.30 each spin. The maximum line bet is £25, resulting in an astounding £750 every spin. If that seems excessive, consider betting that amount and getting 5 Scatter symbols or activating a bonus round. Although there is no jackpot, this game has a maximum win of x120,000.

Bonus Features

You'll be given Free Spins if you land three Scatter symbols. How many you get will be determined by your luck, as you'll have to choose one of the Scatters, which will give you a number, such as 15 or 10. When the Free Spins begin, any time the cop symbol appears immediately to its left or right, the bandits from the base game will become a Locked Wild. While the rest of the reels spin, the Locked Wild will remain in place. The higher the number of Locked Wilds, the better the chances of winning. The Locked Wilds appear exclusively during the Free Spins, and once locked to the reels, they stay there until the feature ends.

The so-called Line-Up Bonus Game is another fantastic element. To activate it, you'll need to land three Line-Up Bonus symbols on the first, third, and fifth reels. When this happens, you'll be asked to identify the thief in a police department line-up. There are six suspects, and while selecting the thief will earn you a prize, selecting the wrong one will reduce the amount you would receive by selecting the culprit. Both of these features are a lot of fun, and you'll get a nice certificate for your efforts.
