About Age of Gods: Ruler of the Sky

Age of Gods: Ruler of the Sky is the second Playtech slot in this series which features Pegasus. However, do not let that phase you, as the progressive jackpot slot has just as much to offer as the other titles in this series and is not remotely the same. Age of Gods: Ruler of the Sky features forty paylines over its five reels, and its wagering range is straightforward, with stakes costing between 0.40 and 400.00 a turn. Even if you do not manage to come away carrying one of the four top progressive jackpot prizes, you can still win non-progressive jackpots worth up to 1,000x a bet. The only thing disappointing about this release is the poor RTP rate, which sits at just 91.04%. This is by far the lowest of all the Age of Gods slots in Playtech’s series.

Special Features

What else but Pegasus could appear as a wild symbol in Ruler of the Sky? This wild symbol appears stacked, so it goes quite some way to helping you land decent wins on the reels. It can substitute for any symbols you might need to land a win, save for scatters. Those scatters take the shape of the Age of Gods: Pegasus logo (oddly) and can trigger a free spin feature if three appear at once.

The Age of Gods progressive jackpot network is in full swing in this release. Placing larger, more sizeable bets will give you a decent chance of triggering this randomly activated round. Once it begins, you can select from coins on a 4x5 screen. Each has a jackpot symbol on it. Match three identical jackpot symbols to win whatever prize they denote. The best of the prizes - the Ultimate Power Jackpot - is worth a guaranteed 100,000 credits.

Bonus Feature

Pegasus scatters will trigger the game’s free spin round, but they need to appear on the reels two to four. You will get a rather disappointing total of just five free games. However, you can retrigger the round as many times as you like, provided you pocket additional scatters. The only real highlight of this feature is the presence of added wilds. The more free spins you get, the more likely you are to land random wilds on the screen and pocket top prizes.
