About Age of Gods: God of Storms

There may be over fifteen releases in the Age of Gods series now, but Playtech’s Age of Gods: God of Storms was one of the first to be released shortly after the original Age of Gods slot. This Greek mythology themed game is less tied to one deity than the others in the series and is more generic and basic in terms of its features than later games would go on to be. Age of Gods: God of Storms is played over 5 reels and 25 lines and is one of the few which facilitates payline adjustment. As such, you can bet anything from 0.01 up to 250.00 a spin. A fair RTP of 96.14% and modest line bet win of 500x a bet are hallmarks, but it is the four randomly triggered progressive jackpots which you are going to want to win in this release.

Special Features

Special features are surprisingly few and far between in this game. Keep an eye out for the trireme. This ship can appear on the second, third and fourth reels, and it is a stacked symbol capable of covering the entire reel. As there is no scatter emblem in the game, these wilds can substitute for any symbols you might need to land a win.

There is not much you can do to spur on the jackpot round. It is triggered at random, although there is some evidence to suggest that the more you bet, the more likely you are to activate it. If you are fortunate enough to do so, you will get to choose from a series of gold coins to match up jackpot icons. You’re guaranteed to win either the Power, Extra Power, Super Power or Ultimate Power prizes when you bag three-of-a-kind here.

Bonus Feature

Wild symbols double up as bonus-triggering icons in this game. One a wild symbol appears to cover an entire reel; you will trigger the Wild Wind Re-Spin round. The wild will gradually sail or walk across the reels, from the rightmost to leftmost, one reel at a time. You will get a re-spin for every reel the symbol walks to, and an increasing multiplier of 1x up to 5x will be applied to any wins you manage to put together while this re-spin round is active.
