I deposited 25€ with the 50% bonus activated, the bonus wasnt added. the support told me they would let some other department know but they neither knew if , nor when the bonus would be granted and i cant play with the 25€ until then if i want a chance on that bonus. A refund of my deposit was declined, i had to wager it, even though i wouldnt even have made a deposit if i knew i didnt get the bonus.
