Had been waiting over 2 months for my $100 withdrawal, contacted support, they told me that a month after I submitted my withdrawel, I created a duplicate account which forfeited my winnings and withdrawal.. Am I just a complete idiot cause it is beyond me why anyone why cost themselves a $100 by starting a duplicate account on any online casino let alone this scumbag trash casino.. These certain types of casinos are very popular right now but I have yet to have luck at depositing and playing here.I suppose most sites that are RTG are somewhat fun but then the way you play out the non deposit bonus shows how fast your bets disappear fast!!I have tried many of these types of casinos and have only cashed out rarely.Alot of work to get any winnings from them so perhaps trying other sites first!!

I had a withdrawal pending with them for I don’t even know how long. Eventually you just learn to cut your losses and walk away because they’re gonna say whatever they want to and it says in the terms and conditions that they are saying is the final say I just kept resubmitting it for withdraw over and over again but it never happened

Customer support was a nightmare and it was very hard to clean a welcome no deposit bonus even though the code is valid. On the surface it looks great, but I would stay clear of this casino and find a much more established smoother running safe to put your money at.

I wasn't able to get the casino to pay me out on the no deposit bonus. I tried for weeks and they couldn't even give me a legitimate answer for why I was being turned down. I went of the Terms of Service throughout and I couldn't find one breach on my end. I gave up eventually and months later they started braising me with coupon codes via email and I definitely had some Post traumatic stress syndrome looking those over!

Though I had a lot of fun at this particular casino and won thousands of dollars, what good does it do me if I'm never able to verify nor cash out.

I won on the no deposit, totally legit. I made sure to follow the restrictions, etc. I then sent them my verification photo's and info that has been approved and okayed by many other sites, but they never got back to me. After multiple emails, I haven't heard anything, yet continue to get promotional emails, lol...
