Videoslots is kinda average as far as casinos go. They have a strange way of giving bonuses, you had to deposit and play, then get the bonus after you met the wagering conditions. Maybe they changed it now, but it seemed odd. The only good thing was that it had the Wolf Gold and Arctic Wolf slots which I really loved. Other than that not too special.

I even forgot this casino exists. This was one of the very first online casinos I played at. I just remeber that I liked bonuses but all and all I hated the casino. Now it's restricted for My country that's why it wasn't popping anywhere😁 And never actually got anything on it, that's what I remeber ,just losing money there😅

I have been unable to log in for several months, and I have tried to get help both through chat and email - unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible! 2-3 months ago, the issue was supposed to be escalated, but I have received no response. I have tried to contact them via chat multiple times, but even though I fill in all my information, they still need to verify that I am the one writing. The questions are impossible to answer, and the last time I tried, when I couldn't remember which slot was played the most over 6 months ago, they just closed the chat. It should NOT be difficult to see case history in someone's email. In addition, the chat keeps disconnecting, and I have to start over. I still have no answer to what technical problem is preventing me from logging in..

So this is not likely, this is certainly the best casino in the world right now. I think another casino should create a video slot account and see how it works.
