I went to sign-up with Grand Ivy on a no deposit bonus, but it wasn't awarded. Poor customer service.

The Grand Ivy is one of the many caddell group casinos. Like all the others it has solid deposit offers, a ton of providers with almost everything you can dream of (except playngo). Support is helpful and always reply quick and help you all they can. Overall it's a great place to play and if you win big they will pay you no problem. But like all the caddell casinos they got a "BUT" and it is that the second you will get your first big cashout they will bonus ban you from the entire group meaning you won't ever get any kind of freebie, deposit bonus or anything ever.

GrandIvy casino is a good place to start with even low amounts, really nice layout, friendly support and few games providers, quality support which replies very quickly for example via email. Deposit bonus on your first and probably next deposits too. High winnings can occur as there are many players online since they started.

Unfortunately, I haven't deposited at this casino but have played some no deposit promos that they send me, normally free spins and have enjoyed playing here. They have a good selection of games, their mobile casino is really nice and easy to use. Their customer service is always very helpful and friendly, which is a big plus. Because it was new casino here at lcb of course i have created there account:) at the beginning i didnt like site's theme but with time i adopted and now it looks pretty well for me. Betsoft and netent games combo is good but other providers games i dont like so much. so i miss here microgaming, play"ngo...
