So the VIP team sent me a $300 dollar chip via email trying to get me to play there again so I emailed them and made sure this is a chip I can play and cashout since I hadn't deposited and they have me the thumbs up then closed my account once I made playthrough and tried to cashout. They're very shady

ugh they had a 200 chip added to my account i never applied for it i went threw the playthrew requiments they took 917 or so which is fine i know thats part of the rules i went threw the id check no issues and made a 20 dollar verfication deposit no problem then i requested 120 withdrawl btc they cancelled it and sent back 19 and manager took the rest i mean made me pay gas fees etc why not just take it alll from the start and make me go threw everything for a chip they added to boot so not like i even tried to redeem it smh

Not all online casinos are the same.This is a lesson that I'm sure almost all on-line gamblers face at some point or another. I don't know why I even gave Silver Oaks 1 star, when a couple negative star ratings would be more appropriate. This is hands down the absolute worst site I've ever had to deal with. After winning well over $6300.00 playing slots, I was ready to cash out. According to my account, I had exceeded the playthrough requirements which were pretty high and was eligible for the withdrawls. Long story short they denied my first 2500.00 apparently they had loaded a bonus of 15$ to my account w/o me being aware and that forfeited my winnings because THEY still allowed me to deposit with a bonus and the funds were mixed. I guess I should be thankful I got back my original deposit of 100.00. Withdrawl #2 was also denied, but the 1000.00 was put back into my account. Withdrawl #3 for 2500.00 was approved after 2 weeks, but I have yet to be paid and it's been 31 days since the request was first paid. 7-10 days is how long they claim it will take for the whole process. Customer service is worthless and no matter how many inquiries I make, I have still not received any ETA as when the check will be mailed. This site is garbage, stay away, stay away. There are many great sites out there that pay and are legitimate. I'm sure I'll get paid, it's just been a horrible ride.

So I have given this site an average rating because that sums it all up for Silver Oaks and the rest if this group of casinos. I haven't won enough to request a withdrawal. I made one deposit and while I was playing, I forgot I was on Silver OAKS and not Raging Bull, a sister site to this casino. More like a TWIN SISTER site!!! So needless to say, this casino is the same as Raging Bull, Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, Slots Garden, and Captain Jack. I believe that is the whole group of casinos under the same management or ownership? There is also something not right about the processors they use for withdrawals. I am still in the process of figuring it out ans when I get it down right I will leave a note. But I do want to tell people that they should pay attention to the actual amount that is charged to your account on the deposits you make on thse sites. They claim that using a CC you will be chaged a service fee of not more than 10% And when you make a deposit the total will indicate what percentage you have been charged. HOWEVER, I found that on every occasion I have made a deposit on one of these sites the processors have charged sometimes as much as 20 % and more. Now when this happened to me, I did send in my bank statements showing these charges and letting that particular casino that I have the confirmation emails regarding the amount that should have been charged. And that I would send them to my bank to prove fraudulent charges have been made. The casino in this group I was dealing with was very agreeable to returning all the excess overcharged amounts. So just be aware that a lot of these processors for these online casinos are not to be trusted and you should review every transaction to make sure you are not over charged 20 or even 30% of your deposit.

I wish I had known about LCB when I first began depositing at online casinos. Silver Oak and all there sister casinos are a rip off I deposited so many times to get a massive free chip deal they advertised only to be told after meeting the requirements that I couldn't get this chip without depositing yet again because I had redeemed a loyalty free chip that they automatically put on my account. Very shady business practices and extremely rude and cocky customer service.

I don’t think slow quite describes their payouts it’s like turtle slow like months and months slow that is ridiculous nobody should ever take that long to pay out a withdraw. And then as soon as you ask about a withdraw you will be locked out of your account

I have not tried to withdraw any money so I can't comment on that aspect. I have had a great experience for the most part. Getting from the opening page to the actual lobby has been an issue a few times on my mobil. That could also totally be my issue and not the casino. Its like most inclave casinos. Now, I was able to play thru the playthrough so that I could withdrawal my winnings, but that is where things went down hill. Their slow payouts make this a catch-22 type of scenario. They are abundant with great bonus codes, but you have to follow the rules. No back to back free chips, just because the system lets you claim a chip doesn't mean you qualify for it so be careful. If you unsure ask support. They will be happy to lookup your free chip status and deposits information so you can choose your bonuses properly.

One of the best RTG casinos I've played at. RTG usually has good slot games but Silver Oak has some of the best progressives and table games on the internet. Deposit bonuses are good but the constant promotions they offer were the reason I kept playing here. Been at SilverOak for 3 years now and haven't had any real issues over the past couple. Well I may have to retract everything good I said above. I was just informed by Silver Oak that I can no longer use their No Playthrough / No Max coupons because I'm a too experienced player. I have won twice and it takes a month to get paid. I have a 3rd one in the process. They are slow but they do pay. Also be very careful about the rules because they will hold you to them with no exception. This is my favorite site but just ask questions with online help to make sure you don't mess up if you want to withdraw. Ask questions! did I say ask questions? Yes, I did. Don't assume you know the answer and you should do fine. Yes, I got burned for about $150 because I added a comp in the middle of playing a round that I had finished the playthrough not knowing that by using the comp I created a new playthrough which lead me to losing what I had planned on withdrawing. There is nothing that will warn you about adding a comp but just don't do it unless you want to add a playthrough. I also found that the withdraw button doesn't seem to always send it to the withdraw mode. Ask online help to verify that the money has been put into the withdrawing mode. It will actually show it as a pending withdraw. All in all the games play pretty fair when they are hot and they can be cold and you just have to know when to back off. One last thing be aware sometimes the online help people aren't all on the same page as I find out things from one person when another thought it was a different way. I'm writing this review since I have deposited at SO 2-3 times with decent no restriction bonuses having allowed me to have between $300-$400 to play with and on each occasion I have played I have almost never gotten the bonus on the gams I play and on those few occasions I do hit it it has always paid really really small. One of my favorite games is T Rex and on almost all of the times I have hit the bonus the dinosaur in the middle doesn't even show up which of course is the point of the bonus game. I've been playing at Silver Oak since 5/2010, depositing only about $300 over 8 deposits and hadn't won anything until Oct 2010 when I found some good bonus codes "monster" and "big250" (big250 ends 12/31 which I used and did quite well. With all the negative talk about Silver Oak I thought it best to report the positive: won/cashed out 10/07/2011, received check 11/10/2011 won/cashed out 10/10/2011, received check 11/10/2011 I'm waiting on two more cash-outs to be paid, I'll keep you posted.

i went through live chat about withdrawing as click2pay was not an option in cashier, and was told to email payouts (11 March 10) and was told to wait 7 to 10 days, after been told its impossible on my first live chat.
