Their customer service is super poor but I've cashed out plenty of times with all of them in under 10-15 minutes. It really all depends on your deposits between your bonus codes and if you haven't played in 30 days, you have to submit info again for the verification. That's just terrible especially when the acct still always says documents verified.

At one point this was my go to casino until I made a Western Union deposit for $500 and they refused to credit my account or even acknowledge that the deposit was made which is insane considering the THOUSANDS I've deposited and played here

So the VIP team sent me a $300 dollar chip via email trying to get me to play there again so I emailed them and made sure this is a chip I can play and cashout since I hadn't deposited and they have me the thumbs up then closed my account once I made playthrough and tried to cashout. They're very shady

ugh they had a 200 chip added to my account i never applied for it i went threw the playthrew requiments they took 917 or so which is fine i know thats part of the rules i went threw the id check no issues and made a 20 dollar verfication deposit no problem then i requested 120 withdrawl btc they cancelled it and sent back 19 and manager took the rest i mean made me pay gas fees etc why not just take it alll from the start and make me go threw everything for a chip they added to boot so not like i even tried to redeem it smh

Not all online casinos are the same.This is a lesson that I'm sure almost all on-line gamblers face at some point or another. I don't know why I even gave Silver Oaks 1 star, when a couple negative star ratings would be more appropriate. This is hands down the absolute worst site I've ever had to deal with. After winning well over $6300.00 playing slots, I was ready to cash out. According to my account, I had exceeded the playthrough requirements which were pretty high and was eligible for the withdrawls. Long story short they denied my first 2500.00 apparently they had loaded a bonus of 15$ to my account w/o me being aware and that forfeited my winnings because THEY still allowed me to deposit with a bonus and the funds were mixed. I guess I should be thankful I got back my original deposit of 100.00. Withdrawl #2 was also denied, but the 1000.00 was put back into my account. Withdrawl #3 for 2500.00 was approved after 2 weeks, but I have yet to be paid and it's been 31 days since the request was first paid. 7-10 days is how long they claim it will take for the whole process. Customer service is worthless and no matter how many inquiries I make, I have still not received any ETA as when the check will be mailed. This site is garbage, stay away, stay away. There are many great sites out there that pay and are legitimate. I'm sure I'll get paid, it's just been a horrible ride.

So I have given this site an average rating because that sums it all up for Silver Oaks and the rest if this group of casinos. I haven't won enough to request a withdrawal. I made one deposit and while I was playing, I forgot I was on Silver OAKS and not Raging Bull, a sister site to this casino. More like a TWIN SISTER site!!! So needless to say, this casino is the same as Raging Bull, Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, Slots Garden, and Captain Jack. I believe that is the whole group of casinos under the same management or ownership? There is also something not right about the processors they use for withdrawals. I am still in the process of figuring it out ans when I get it down right I will leave a note. But I do want to tell people that they should pay attention to the actual amount that is charged to your account on the deposits you make on thse sites. They claim that using a CC you will be chaged a service fee of not more than 10% And when you make a deposit the total will indicate what percentage you have been charged. HOWEVER, I found that on every occasion I have made a deposit on one of these sites the processors have charged sometimes as much as 20 % and more. Now when this happened to me, I did send in my bank statements showing these charges and letting that particular casino that I have the confirmation emails regarding the amount that should have been charged. And that I would send them to my bank to prove fraudulent charges have been made. The casino in this group I was dealing with was very agreeable to returning all the excess overcharged amounts. So just be aware that a lot of these processors for these online casinos are not to be trusted and you should review every transaction to make sure you are not over charged 20 or even 30% of your deposit.

I wish I had known about LCB when I first began depositing at online casinos. Silver Oak and all there sister casinos are a rip off I deposited so many times to get a massive free chip deal they advertised only to be told after meeting the requirements that I couldn't get this chip without depositing yet again because I had redeemed a loyalty free chip that they automatically put on my account. Very shady business practices and extremely rude and cocky customer service.

i see some comments about lag but ive never had an issue ... only played there a couple times but i still get lots of codes and free chips . underrated forsure.

I don’t think slow quite describes their payouts it’s like turtle slow like months and months slow that is ridiculous nobody should ever take that long to pay out a withdraw. And then as soon as you ask about a withdraw you will be locked out of your account
