I still have no recieved any reply to any official complaint sent approx from 13 july. I have sent around 5 or more emails. But this biggest concern is. Where is my money? I didnt opt into any bonus and I deposited over 70,000nok. On the 10th July 2019 I have made a withdrawal of 12,000nok and today is the 3rd August 2019. No money has reached my bank. They have all my bank details, all my verification documents and are just behaving really really bad towards showing customer care or support. Please if someone out there can help. Avoid this company if you can. They are not responsible gaming provider. There is no contact number for live support only live chat which is extremely long waiting times and unfulfilled promises.
