I won just under a dollar off of the welcome free spins (no deposit) and brought this up to over 200$( the max cash out) while clearing the wagering requirements. I contacted a live chat agent and asked how I can make a withdrawal. They said to make an initial (verification) deposit and to provide them with certain documents to verify age, identity and address. I didn't have the proper documents at the time so I waited until I did. I just recently signed into my account and my balance was 0$. Where did my winnings go? Like so many other times I wanted to play today, rainy day and not so much to do outside and I came across a very interesting name, Manhattan Slots This casino is a part of the Club World Group and uses RTG software. A casino that looks good and has such a nice name. thats all it is though. What is very important is that you check with their live chat in case you created an account before as I was notified that mine was created back in April. Be careful, because casinos with Real Time gaming software will allow you to create a new account with the same e-mail address as your previous one ( in the case you already have one ). I won't say a single word more, besides, be aware of this fact.
After this experience maybe I will come to play here, but I am not really sure because that would remind me of today's day. So the same would happen if I had deposited money here. Was just an OK experience. Was able to us the no deposit bonus and they do accept Bitcoin. But the minimum deposit is $35 which is a bit much IMHO. Anyway, one very good point of Manhattan (and all Club Worlds) is that they do not set any max betting amount per slot spin, per dealer's hand in tables. I did play for a while with the $50 NDB, but then made back to back deposits... one for $25 and one for $21 without using any matching bonuses. I wanted to, but could not get chat to work. Sometimes its nice to have the option to cashout 100.00-200.00 instead of needing $350.00. They do seem to have a lot of problems with getting documents in check. I think if might be disorganized, but they seem to lose them and you have to send them back through, but they cannot accept duplicates, so sometimes this process get a little tedious. The deposit options are very good and offer credit cards, EZ Voucher and some online wallets as well. I have never had a problem with credit cards here. If you play here alot, they do offer some great bonuses and VIP levels that you can get cash back and the comp points add up quick to earn you some extra money during your game play. I absolutely love the layout here! I’m used to seeing the same kind of themes at online casino sites. Typically they look as if they are trying to appear very sleek and modern, but in the end, they all look very similar. However, this one really has something different to offer. They have all kinds of exciting games to choose from. They include a variety of slots, table, games, video poker and specialty games. I signed up for an account at Manhattan Slots casino a few years ago with a free chip from LCB. Right away I liked the casino. It is an RTG casino and has all of the games that most RTG casinos have. There aren't that many casinos available these days for U.S.A. players, so its a fact that the casinos' are in the drivers seat. I was told I needed to send verification of my identity with three different types of acceptable documents. After I furnished Manhattan Slots with the required documentation, I was told that I also had to show proof of my residence. I was amazed! The documents that I had just submitted for proof of my identity had my address on them. When I brought this to the customer service rep's attention, I was told that they would not accept duplicate documents. I couldn't believe this whole scenario was taking place. When I contacted customer service about not receiving the no deposit bonus funds, I was told that my account had been closed due to fraud. I am a US player and Manhattan Slots has given me a runaround for a small withdrawal. They are so disorganized where to send your important ludicrous identification requirements.
