I was surprised to see so many people complaining about this casino... Maybe, because my bigger winnings there were less than 500€, and I don’t have any problems. I support and back my fellow LCB members who have issued warnings about this group of casinos. I stupidly deposited LOTS and even when I have won, the amount of time they take and the unreasonable requests most times make it easier to play to your winnings and forego the withdrawal.. and as previously mentioned by others when you request to close your account they offer you a bonus instead. Also have never managed to understand their sketchy VIP statuses as I was actually DEMOTED and downgraded to a lower status during the time I was the most active at this casino.. seems rather predatory to me.. and final mention about reaching their highest VIP status and never being offered any special no deposit bonuses or having my own personal agent like other casinos have.. definitely staying away from malina, yoyo, boaboa & buran casinos.. Just terrible. They could not pay out 300 € in one withdrawal, but split it up in 3. Do they have little money or? Stay away from the entire group they have with casino. If you want to close account they offer you bonus insted!

These casinos don't practice responsible gamling at all and Antillephone´s answer is that its up to every player to practice responsible gambling not the casinos responsibility. When you want to close the account due to gambling problems you are offered a bonus, closing process is at least 24 hours. These casinos have their own rules for everything and they can change them as they please. Stay away is all I can say.

Malina casino are not to be trusted in my opinion. Just like previous review below here, i can also attest to receiving promo emails from them, making more than min required deposit and not receiving bonuses accordingly. Live chat take FOREVER, im talking min 30mins average and most times you are repeating the same thing to them only to receive robotic responses and its a tiring nightmare. Such shame as they have all my favourite games

Bewere if you get a bonus here via e-mail, be careful because they trick you. Got an e-mail with extra 70% deposit bonus and 70 free spins vor a min 20eu deposit and when I made the deposit ( made a deposit of 50eu ) I got only 50 free spins so beware I will never make a deposit here again.

They have really nice game selection but I must admit that they send a lot of spam mail. They literally send numerous emails every single day so that is quite annoying.
