But you guys need to be careful about those kind Casino, they will pay you fast without any issue most of the time, as long as you are not winning much to make you feel they are honest, but next part of my story is where the reality of their faces. Because of the smooth cash-out earlier, I decided to play there again at April 7th, 2021. This time, I made first deposit of CAD$140 and no luck at all. And then, I made my next deposit of CAD$400 with a 50% match bonus.(4th deposit bonus) This is where the funny things started to happen. Very quickly after I made my deposit, I headed to play game Gates of Olympus. Because I was down, I started with $3/spin, and not long after, I hit a $9000+ payout with a 100Xmutipler symbol during a regular game spin. And it did not take longer for me to hit a bonus round either. So, when I finished that section of play, my bank roll was over $11,000. And then, because my deposit had 50% match bonus, which means there is still a long way to finish the wagering. I then went to check their T&Cs, and surprisely found out that they set up a max win cap for 10X(D+B) only, after finish their 25X (D+B) wagering requirement with their 50% match bonus. It was kind of my fault not to read bonus terms carefully before I made a heavy deposit. But, this was also first time I ever seen a Casino set a winning cap for a match bonus that was only 50% or less. So, After I finished my $15,000 dollars wagering requirements, although I still had over $9,000 in balance, Joy Casino ended up took away $3000 from my account. Well, $6,000 would still be a nice win isn't it? I told myself that when this happened. But, apparelly, I was too naive. It only took them 15 mins to process my last cash out request of CAD$390 which was 4 days ago, I would assumed the same this time, especially after a 36% discount. But not everyone has kind heart deep in them. Some people were just too greedy to feed. What I experienced next, was just a standard process those evil people will always do, when they see a winner tried to cash out money in their Casino. I was so confused, because there was no free spins came with their 50% match bonus offer at all, and I never received any notification about any free spins were awarded in my account. I questioned supporter with my concerns, and what he explained to me was so epic. He said, those free spins were from a provider not allowed to be played in your country, that was why you cannot see those free spin bonus offer appeared anywhere in your account. But, due to technical issue, I do not have authority to remove those bonus spins from your account, but I am able to change those games into a provider that playable in your country. Or you have to wait until tomorrow because our tech department crews already took of for today. Then, I said : Fine, bring me the free spins then. Because I know leave $6000 in the account for another 24 hrs to me means there would be nothing left. After I finished those free spins, and the wagering with the winnings, I had only $3800 left. But, that would still be a nice profit, although it was a huge reduce compared to $9000 earlier. But, I told myself, don't get mad, at least, I ended up winning for the day, which is better than at least 95% of my days. Second withdrawal attempt : I then went to withdrawal page, entered all the required info, when I tried to submit my cash out request, guess what happened? Same error message shown up again. I then realized that this Casino is not a legit Casino at all. But what can I do? I then went to talk to their live support, he said that I received another free spins bonus with exactly same situation. Of course, his attitude was very friendly and keep apologize to me the whole time. I then had no choice but received another set of no deposit free spins from the casino to play with. Sadly, this time, my luck finally went out and I only had a few hundred left when I finished wagering the winnings from free spins. With the emotion of angers, I blown out my last $900 quickly after. PS: two funny facts. 1. Joy casino is the only casino I've ever seen online that would screen your network/connections before allows you to enter their website. Ever since that night, April 7th 2021, until today, I have never ,ever received a single no deposit bonus from Joy Casino, no matter if it's New Year, Christmas, or my Birthday. Joy Casino appears as an interesting casino at first sight. They offer many different games and slots and even allow to deposit as low as 5$. They got decent welcome bonus offers but it ends there. The slots are terrible in terms of return to player as i did about 15-20 deposits and never won anything.
