They lost what little respect I had left when they ignored my latest issue about an error with achievements. It cost me my leaderboard placement & I’m livid. I’m dropping this review off and filing formal complaints. They’re quick to take money. Instant depo. Withdrawal is nearly impossible and I usually give up after a week of waiting & reverse the withdrawal. No point in depo cuz you won’t get anything back. But I still tried and tried and now that I can’t even enjoy the one aspect that kept me logging in I’m at my breaking point. Website malfunctions, technical issues & unfair practices. Deceptive promotions leaderboards & tournaments. Horrible experience. Down a LOT of money. Very disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone. It’s not worth your time or money.

I personally love this casino. The bonuses are great when you can get them. They are always adding new games and the games hit really great. My biggest wins have been at this casino. I would give it a 5/5 however chat support is slow and can be hard to reach. Also withdrawals take way longer than other casinos but it can be worth the wait. :)

I liked this casino and sisters casinos very much. But when study the reviews it's very difficult to decide whether I continue playing here or not? The first casino which offers $300 bet on slot of sisters of oz wowpot. Customer support is not so good because recently I sent mails but their response is so late that we can't imagine.

Ever since I sent in my paperwork for my address change, and my source or funds document, within the first hour early Sunday morning I received an email back asking for clarification, and again for clarification at noon. I've been over a day since (now monday) and still nothing... I've sent two follow ups via email... no response. 👎

Upon logging in for the first time in over a year I received a "double my deposit" offer with no wagering requirements. and it proved to be true 👍 No playthrough was requested after I deposited- I actually played on and off for about 5 hours until winning a random jackpot at over $2000 CAD- as for their withdrawal and document verification process... stay tuned. Not too bad of a casino. Gives you some bonuses and fees games are good payouts... updated games are always fun to play. The loyalty takes so long to get through. All in all its ones on my faves

Zorro, don't be so sure about this casino. In ten years, Jackpot City Casino has changed its soul. In 2018 it merged into a group with a bad reputation, which was already involved in unfair practices. I suggest you switch to a casino with good ratings and better reviews.
