I was really looking forward to playing at this casino. They have great games and decently fast withdrawal process. However weeks after signing up I still haven't been able to play anything or get in contact with their customer support. So I figured I'd complain/explain what's going on here in this review in the hope that I can get some assistance or reply from them.

After signing up I made a small deposit first thing to start playing However NONE of the games will open for me. I've tried clearing cash and cookies I've tried multiple device and browsers but nothing works. After I select a game the screen goes dark and I get an error saying "object, object" every single time with every game. Also the live chat doesn't even try to load in order for me to reach customer support. I sent them an email explaining these issues which was a couple weeks ago when I signed up and I still haven't received a reply from their customer support team via the only email they have listed on their site. It's weird how there wasn't any issue with making my LTC deposit. It's the only thing thats working no problem.

If these issues get fixed I'll return and edit my review since I hate leaving negative reviews.

Might still be too early to fully assess but so far not really had any decent wins. Bonus are not very good. Also can't say anything about their redemption process. Maybe over time it will get better. Right now I'm not sure it's worth my time.

2 weeks ago I decided to put in first I think it's 30 USDT for the first free roulette, I bet it and lost it. After a few days I decided to put 100USDT to bet and be able to give the next bonus roulette, and I still lost them in bets. Everything is normal there. Then I put in 500USDT to play blackjack. On that occasion I came out with profits of 4000USDT and I wanted to withdraw my profits but first it would have to be 200USDT because that's the daily limit when you're the lowest range. The next day I try to log in, and when I try to log in I get a message that my account was BANNED for life, without reason or explanation. I had to contact email to get an answer; Their response was that I owed $3,000 for damages to the casino and for being a scammer and they would sue me. I immediately replied that it is impossible to hack an online game and even less a game where the betting is live with a dealer. What they said makes no sense at all. They went on to argue that it was a mistake on their platform, that the balance between the blackjack and casino accounts didn't match. I told them that this was their problem and that they have to take care of solving that, because I was only going to withdraw 200USDT which was what I left because remember that I deposited more than 600USDT. But instead of fixing their mistake and their problem they decided to ban me because of a mistake from them, and I got nothing. They kept my money that I legally earned and deposited and they haven't answered my email for 1 week. I recommend people not to gamble on these types of new pages as these things happen often and they try to wash their hands of stealing money from their customers. I will send the report to the authorities and the police and I will show all the evidence so that this case goes to court, and thanks to this garbage page that they are simply SCAMMERS.

The payouts are actually legit. I’ve won and cashed out multiple times without any issues. The withdrawal time is decent—got my money in about 6 hours last time, which is faster than most places I’ve played at.
