I have to repeat myself on this one.. if I’d known about sites like LCB and was able to read the warnings then I would have saved myself a lot of money. Support sucks and withdraws don’t happen. I was told that they couldn’t read my ID. It is an Arkansas DL with a halo gram on it making the hologram part appear fuzzy. Not my fault. But hay, they didn’t like my states ID. Sadly I have no say so on the design of my states license

This was the very first casino I ever played online at! They helped me gain an understanding of how everything worked and what wagering requirement/playthrough meant! Overall they are pretty average casino, but I appreciate them nonetheless.

The one good thing I can say in the experience is I played through some 50 FS promo hit 100$ played through that all the way to satisfying the bonus requirements (around 1500$ play-through of the initial free spin bonus) got 50$ in realized winnings and turned it into 1000$ that was withdrawable, I got to play through some live casino action once I made the bonus requirements and stacked my winnings I never made it to the withdrawal step but I have heard bad things about trying to get money out of here.

I've never made a deposit at this casino or made a withdrawal and was unable to make playthrough to withdraw from free spins. so I can't give a thorough review.

I played the newyear100 promo and got told to make a deposit. To process the order. So I did as its standard. After a day, they took my winnings and released 11 of the 12 dollars i deposited and canceled my withdrawal entirely. They then wouldn't respond on the chat feature to resolve or even explain if it was do to a previous tenant having an account or anything else. Hit the feature several times in the very beginning which was nice. After my balance was about 200, then I went downhill. I only hit the feature one more time before switching games. Didn't complete the play through. Completed about 10 percent of the play through before my game play balance was gone. When I first started gambling online back in 2008, Cool Cat was the first casino I made a deposit at without taking a bonus. To be honest I didn't even know about deposit bonuses since this was my first time gambling online. I did quite well off the $35 deposit that I had made, I end up requesting a withdrawal of $780.00. I didn't spend very much time at 'Cool Cat Casino' as I was not overly impressed. The site itself didn't look very impressive, I did have some trouble with my bonus I was unable to cash it for one reason or another, and in the end i decided to just not go there again. The customer service were not overly helpful, this seems like one of these casinos where the Terms and Conditions never end, and they wont just tell you straight what you have to do in order to get money basically. Cool Cat Casino, oh how throughout the years it has received a depraved reputation. I, myself have an opinion that can be or will be kind of biased, I don’t know. I signed up, played a free chip and then made a deposit. Well, being that I was new to the online gaming community I took the massive match bonus that a first time depositor could take. One day I logged in and seen a special promotional offer that was a pretty good size one like a $100 free chip or something. I of course claimed, it began playing and won. I didn’t win the progressive jackpot but I got my balance up there quite a bit. I requested a cashout, sent in the required documents etc., did everything to get my account fully verified and so that my withdrawal would go smoothly, so I thought. I waited my three days I believe before contacting support to inquire about the status of my cashout. I was told that my account was not eligible to receive a withdrawal due to too many free chip claims. I was in disbelief as I did make real money deposits into my account. It was a losing battle that I just threw in the towel and called it quits with them. It was years later when I was browsing a forum and seen a new rep making posts recommending players that have had a bad experience to contact him that they were trying to make things right… I mean after all of the bad things this place has done is this even possible? Ok guys don't shoot me in the head but i have not had any problems at Cool Cat Casino. I have been a member there since around 2008 and have won many times without any hassles. I know they are real buggers about following the rules but i have never been one to abuse bonuses anyway and maybe that is part of the reason i have had no problems here. Two years ago i won a random jackpot playing Rain Dance for $3k and was paid without a hitch. Coolcat casino scam. I made a couple of deposits and played through some bonuses and requested a withdrawal. After 2 weeks, my account history said that my withdrawal was manager approved. After another week I chatted with their online support and was told that this was not the case and my winnings were taken away. They redeposited my original amount with no comments whatsoever. After a week of waiting for the \"overnight\" check, I chatted with online support once again. They then gave me the information that my winnings were taken away and that all the rules about the bonuses and withdrawal requirements are on their website. The only problem is when clicking on the link for specific rules about specific deposits, it says that the page is not available and none of the information provides any more specifics. The casino host was very rude and just kept referring me back to the non-existent rules about the bonuses. I would not suggest that anyone play at this casino until the rules are made available and account history shows more specific information.
