i just dealt with them revoking my bonus don't use inclave apparently. i did everything right played it through blah blah bla, they tell me deposit 10 in bit coin to confirm i go through all that and they did refund my 10 but they wouldn't honor my withdrawal because I played two of their bonuses that they emailed me back to back . i was like oh hey i got theses i might use this casino hey i won jumped through the hoops for nothing. it is hard enough to get those bonuses and they just back door ya don't use the bonus if you do decide to. i would advise not at all 000 stars. they will not honor the bonuses they probably wont even pay out if you did win. they just ban your account cause ya know. f club player and everyone affiliated

My experience will be remembered as a hope to receive a withdrawal after hours of play, pass KYC, deposited $10 for wallet verification, then told it would take 72 hours but will probably be denied due to redeemed two free chips in a row. I do not get it. Its a scam to lure you everyday, terms or not just to get you to deposit and to no avail. I am not expecting to receive my withdrawal from them or any of the sister casinos. They take so long paying out. Even after being told that all paper work was in order to withdraw they started sending additional verification emails with dead lines

I've been trying to get $100 payout on a NDB for almost a month. Repeated requests to verify identity, even though I have emails from them saying Congratulations you've been verified & submit withdrawl request. Even if they do payout, they take 7-10 business days to approve before being forwarded somewhere else for payment processing! I'm sure they plan on people getting exhausted & giving up.
