My experience will be remembered as a hope to receive a withdrawal after hours of play, pass KYC, deposited $10 for wallet verification, then told it would take 72 hours but will probably be denied due to redeemed two free chips in a row. Club Player Casino is a long standing casino. They offer decent NDB and deposit bonuses. Decent variety of slots and table games. The customer service is sub par at best. And the one time I got through my bonus it took too much "back and forth" to finally get my withdrawal processed and to me. I still give this casino an average rating though.

I felt like the game was rigged in a sense that there was no chance for me to have any hopes in winning. I had a difficult time triggering the feature. I noticed that once I lowered my bet, the feature was triggered almost instantly after a few clicks. Very frustrating. I used to love Club Player. No problem with deposits or withdrawals which were immediate once I was established with them. However, when Quicktender had an issue, Club Player sent my winnings to Quicktender anyway and I never saw my winnings again because Quicktender closed out US accounts and ignored all emails from me that were sent. Club Player didn't lift a finger to help reverse their mistake or to recover my winnings that they sent to Quicktender. They are on my crap list.

I highly discourage anyone from depositing at this casino. I made a withdraw on 3/02/11, it was approved on 3/18/11. I have been making repeat phone calls and sending multiple e-mails inquiring about my withdraw.
