This casino used to be one of my favourites.Im not sure if it's just South African service that has deteriorated or if it's a general issue but nothings the same.Bad support, less enticing bonuses and and all round general unpleasant time lately...just don't enjoy sessions there anymore.Havent had a withdrawal opportunity so can't comment on that.

One of the best casinos in terms of payments and verification. I won $600 and requested a first time cashout and ID verification. I was verified and paid within 5 minutes. Sometimes the casino offers good bonuses via e-mail. But If to be honest I'm not interested in it because it is hard to win there. On one occasion I wanted to make a deposit to this casino but I had certain doubts and asked the live help, after a long wait and a very rough treatment they told me that my country could only deposit with more than $ 50 US dollars, because it is from Mexico , and I saw that in other countries they were asked for a minimum of $ 20, after this rough treatment I decided not to play because I don't know why being a Mexican I never really super but I have that terrible experience.

Casinoroom has a ridiculous 99x wagering requirement for some bonuses, and others are 50x. That is too much. That put aside, they are trustworthy and fair. They offer most of the big brand games and the site is pretty easy to navigate. They send free spin offers quite often but ewallets are not allowed when claiming bonuses.

I received a rough treatment when I signed up supposedly they offered a bonus and free spins which they never gave me and they also asked me for 75 usd to be able to use that bonus in addition to the fact that they hung up the chat I did not like the experience so they asked to close the account

This casino has a pretty good layout and easy navugation. I claimed first deposit bonus of 500%. Deposited 10 got 60 to play with. Was pretty happy when i claimed it. Then i get to know that u can only play certain slots with bonus money. My fault that i didn't check the Wagering requirements 75xbonus. I thought it was worth a try i deposit 100 and i get 100. Played a few slots and then i check wagering and i have progressed 0%. Guess what Wagering only contributes from netent games. I made my first two deposits via entropay and then entropay shut down its service in my region. I liked the casino so was excited to claim the welcoming bonus, BUT I tried to deposit several times, without success. Cleared out cache, tried different amounts, several depositing methods but still nothing. Asked live chat, spoke to Pelle, who really didn't help at all. On that basis alone I won't be playing here.
