I should clarify I did take bonuses early on playing with this casino. But after a few wins they quickly nixed those. What i learned was that it's much easier to get paid if you don't take any bonuses. Taking a bonus only gives them more chances to catch you on some hidden detail and not pay. Like I said the chat staff sometimes misleads you. Maybe not intentionally always but over simplifying statements like the term "cashable" when if fact there's some restriction that conflicts with that.

This might rustle some feathers but this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Yes it did take forever to get paid and yes the support staff does intentionally try to mislead you but they paid me every time. BUT having said all that, they suddenly put a limit of $1 minimum and $1 maximum on my deposits for no reason other than I have won there a lot. I never took bonuses, never got mad or insulted the support staff. Never threatened them. Always followed the rules and always patiently waited for my money. Captain Jack is part of the Virtual group. Although it's still on the black list of casinos to avoid, I did get some great bonuses there and managed to win quite a bit. Unlike my experience over a year ago with the Virtual group being slow pay, they actually paid me in a few weeks instead of two months. Eventually I was restricted from taking the no restriction bonuses and had to move on, but I would go there again if I were able to get those bonuses. Also I never had a problem any of their 10 checks.

Captain Jacks Casino sent a Bogus check Beware! Finally recived check by UPS. Tried to cash it at two banks and was told it was fraudulant and couldnt to verified therfore couldnt be cashed! Captain Jack Casino would not give a $50 No Deposit Bonus. They asked for a deposit and when I said no, I signed up to first play the no deposit bonus they refused to offer any.
