I’ve been loyal to these sites including Luck Legends, Raging Bull, Captain Jack, and Ruby (which operate under the same company).. I’ve had my ups and downs but hit a streak across several sites and currently have $35,000 in pending withdrawals. Lucky Legends: $2500 on 2/21 Captain Jack: $2500 on 2/23 Ruby Slots: $30,000 on 2/25 It should come as no surprise that none of these withdrawals were approved within 10 business days as stated in the terms and conditions. I will update this so everyone can see the play by play of my experience with a larger withdrawal amount.

Do not. I repeat do give them your money. They will not pay out. If you happen to get any sort of winnings from them. You've won't the jackpot then. I'm having trouble with them. And it's not looking good.

With Captain Jack casino, sometimes I get the message on the casino's web page saying that Captain Jack is unavailable for players in my area, even though I have already created an account before. Either Captain Jack casino is making me feel extra special or the casino is extra suspect. Proceed with caution in my opinion.

Captain Jack is the worse casino that I’ve played at thus far. They denied my first withdrawal apparently I redeemed more than one bonus on spins not that I cashed any out. Took all my winnings asked for verification deposit I did that then denied withdrawal claimed they started me fresh so technically last transaction was a deposit player status even shows depositor. So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don't count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue? They didn’t take my money this time but I’m not playing it! Ridiculous!

Really wanted to try this casino out as I got numerous bonus codes for free chips. Unfortunately when I attempted to use the bonus codes they would add but the game would never load. Cannot speak on the withdrawal side of things but will definitely not be depositing any of my money to a casino that has software issues. Not recommended.
