Bad experience, take ages to verify and after that again ages to get info that withdrawal not going to do because their opinion some bonus rule was not ok. I got different opinion but after long email sessions I gave up because it was no deposit offer and just decide that never play there.

Be very careful with this group of casinos, I recently had a terrible experience after taking a bonus and completing the wagering requirements and having deposited and verified my account, They cancelled my withdrawal, the most unfair reason I had ever heard "bonuses cannot be wagered more than 10% of the deposit" that is, if you deposit 10 euros the maximum to play is 10 cents and so on in all casinos they allow up to 10 euros or its equivalent but in these casinos they have predatory terms in their favor to not pay.
I like Boo Casino alot, and it's sister casinos too, but suddenly, after a few years of membership, they have changed their jurisdiction and my region is no longer allowed to play at any of these casinos. And this after I have made deposits, and was loyally completing my daily login bonus calendar...I was just about to make a wonderful, well deserved withdrawal valued at almost R1000.00 when the casino kicked me out...I am actually appalled.

I would play here all the time if they could get their withdrawals out within an hour , yep you fellas a right about the problems with the support here , you dont even know if they a working that day or not, you wouldn't wanna wait for them , I have had a withdrawal fail because of old no deposit freespin bonus info still showing in my account, yep piss me off cause if I don't withdrawal instantly i will just keep spinning till I'm out , hahahah yep you fellas know how it is aye. At first I thought I gonna like this but when the time I am about to withdraw, I feel so very sad because there's no option for the method that I have. Always an excuse not too pay out. The 4th time this year and this time I talked to them about the $1400 pending on Thursday 28th march and they said it was fine and would take up to 5 days to process but today, LOW AND BEHOLD, my withdrawal was rejected and they gave me 10 dollars back WTF! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME. deposit there ALLLL the time among boo and their sister casinos and for the fourth time when I've gone to withdraw over 1000 my withdrawal is just gone a couple days later. Boo casino is another awesome casino , they have a good selection of games and providers ,and it very easy to navigate to do everything you need to do. They have all the deposit and withdrawal options I need , but withdrawals take a bit to long , just like their sister casinos I win more often than I lose , maybe I shouldn't of said this , don't want them to change anything except for 3 little things ...... 1/ get rid of pop-ups 2/ faster verification and withdrawal times 3/ a number so you know where you a in the live chat line. Whoops nearly forgot about 1 big change is the T&Cs If they fixed this I think they would just about be my perfect online casino
