VINYL COUNTDOWN

About Vinyl Countdown

The Vinyl Countdown slot machine game is a 1960s themed slot machine game from Microgaming. This slot machine game is very dated, having been released well over 10 years ago. As was common at the time, the slot only contains 9 paylines spread over its 5 reels, and there aren’t too many additional features for you to get acquainted with. The slot machine game allows players to alter the number of lines they wish to play with, as well as the value of their coins. At its cheapest, this slot machine will set back players at least 0.25 per line per spin, which is positively extortionate in this day and age. However, players can wager as much as £18 per spin on this slot if they wish to push the boat out. In terms of prizes, players who strike it lucky whilst playing this slot could potentially scoop winnings worth 1,000 coins.

Special Features

To get their hands on those cash prizes, players are going to need to line up 5 of the Vinyl Countdown logos on any active payline in the game. Doing so will see them win the 1,000-coin win.

Wild symbols appear as jukebox icons. These symbols can substitute for all other symbols in the slot, excluding scatter icons. Wild symbols do not offer any cash prizes on their own.

Scatter icons are present, even in a slot of this age. They appear as glitter balls, and can offer out cash prizes which are worth 10 coins, 50 coins or even 100 coins when 3, 4 or 5 such symbols appear anywhere on the reels.

Bonus Feature

Again, this slot is old and dated. Players should not expect to find any special features in the game. The scattered wins and the wild symbols are about all you are going to get from the Vinyl Countdown slot. Ordinarily, this would make the slot dull. We can’t hold something of that nature against an old slot, though. Microgaming only included what was relevant and “in” at the time of the game’s release.
