About Small Soldiers

Small Soldiers is not quite based on the particularly poor movie of the same name, but the basic premise of the game isn’t far off. This Saucify developed slot machine features so-so graphics, designed for the modern age, and contains a host of military-style images and icons. The slogan “Who Dares Wins” has been altered to “Who Dares Spins” for this game, which adds to the corniness. Small Soldiers offers 40 paylines on its reels, and these can be altered by players if they wish. Coin sizes range from 0.01 up to 0.25 and as many as 5 can be wagered per payline. At its cheapest, you can get away with minimums takes of just 0.01 per line per spin in this slot. If you wish to give it a proper run for its money, Small Soldiers can set you back around 50.00 a spin, which is hardly bank-busting stuff. Non-progressive jackpots are capped at 6,000 coins in all, which are yours if you can land 5 officers on any active payline.

Special Features

Officers aren’t just the best-paying symbols in the Small Soldiers slot. Saucify have decided to make these symbols wilds, too. Wild symbols can substitute for all other icons, barring scatter symbols. Any winning combos in which wild symbols play a part can be doubled in this game.

There are two types of scatters in this game. Pilot (free spin) scatters, and Artillery (feature) scatters. Both scatters can offer scattered cash prizes worth 5x, 20x and 100x your total bet when 3, 4 or 5 appear on the reels in any position on a base game spin. Two bonuses can be triggered with these symbols, too.

Bonus Feature

Artillery symbols can trigger a random cash prize in this game. Landing 3 or more of them will trigger the bonus, and players can select from various targets before collecting their cash prizes, which ends the bonus. This is a fun little instant win game and one which other soldier-themed slots could do well to take advantage of and incorporate into their own games.

The pilot scatters will offer players either 6 free spins with 2x multipliers, 9 free spins with 3x multipliers, or 12 free spins with 4x multipliers when 3, 4 or 5 of them appear anywhere on the reels, respectively. Unfortunately, the free spin bonus cannot be retriggered.
