SECRET OF THE STONES

About Secret of the Stones

One of Scandinavian online casino software provider, NetEnt’s older slots, Secret of the Stones can still draw a large crowd. The game is based on Celtic runes, and there’s a fair degree of wizardry and possibly even Druidry present on the reels of this game. It may seem simple today, but there’s still quite a bit of entertainment to be had in this game, which features 5 reels and 25 lines. All 25 lines are adjustable, and that means you can, if you so wish, get away with bets which cost as little as 0.25 a spin. Of course, if you wish to up the ante, you can bet as much as 125.00 a spin on this slot. The slot has a respectable 96.7% RTP rate and can deliver wins worth around 1,250 coins in total with its non-progressive jackpot.

Special Features

Keep an eye out for the Druid or wizard. He is the wild symbol in the game and can substitute for any other icons you need to win on a payline, save for scatters.

Scatters appear as tree of life symbols, and these slightly extended symbols can trigger a two-tier bonus round if they appear 3 or more times in any position on the reels of the slot during a base game spin.

Bonus Feature

The first part of the Secret of the Stones’ bonus round is a click and win feature. Players are presented with a handful of runestones. They must choose from them to pocket goodies which will later be used in the free spins bonus. You can land free spins, expanding wilds, multipliers and additional wild symbols from your selections, so pick carefully. Once you have made your choices, you’re taken to the free spins bonus round itself, whereby you will pocket an initial 10 free spins, and any further goodies (including extra spins) you located in the first part of the bonus will be added to the mix.

Despite the simplicity of this game, Secret of the Stones is still easily one of the fan favourites developed by NetEnt and with good reason. It isn’t actually that difficult to walk away with decent cash prizes playing this slot.
