RICHES OF RA

About Riches of Ra

The Riches of Ra slot is easily Play ‘n Go’s most popular Ancient Egyptian themed slot, and yet it is still quite some way of the glamour of other rival slots with similar themes out there on the net. This video slot features very stereotypical imagery, and players are going to find the game quite similar to Book of Ra, Ramesses Riches, Cleopatra and other Ancient Egyptian themed games. Players can choose coin values of 0.01 up to 1.25, and pet up to 15 of those coins per spin. Minimum bets can therefore cost you just 0.01 per line, per spin, whilst maximum bets are fixed at 18.75 a pop. This Play ‘n Go developed slot contains a non-progressive jackpot which is fixed at 2,500 coins in total.

Special Features

A total of three bonus features are present in this slot, if you count the gamble feature as one of them. Personally, perhaps you shouldn’t. This feature can be triggered after any winning spin in the game, but your odds of success aren’t great so perhaps you’d be wise to give it a miss.

The first main feature is the Pick a Prize bonus. This can be triggered if you land 3 bonus symbols anywhere on the reels you will trigger a jar-based bonus. Players can select one canopic jars to pocket a cash prize which could be worth as much as 150x your total bet. That’s not bad going at all.

As for wilds, they appear as Ra icons, and can be stacked on the first and fifth reels of the slot. Wilds can substitute for all other icons, save for scatters.

Bonus Feature

Another bonus feature is the free spins round. This is triggered when players and stacked wilds on the first and fifth reels at the same time. To begin with, players will be treated to a total of 15 free spins in all. The stacked wilds will remain frozen into place for the duration of the bonus, and this means you could potentially win vast sums of cash with the first and fifth reels wild. Unfortunately, you cannot retrigger the bonus or land additional spins. However, with wins as vast as these tend to be, you won’t exactly be disappointing with what your 15 free spins have to offer you. In many cases, you can easily win several hundred coins with just a few spins of the reels in this bonus.
