REEF ENCOUNTER

About Reef Encounter

Reef Encounter is an underwater adventure themed slot machine game from Saucify. Players will note that the imagery is all very Finding Nemo in terms of design, and there is an air of friendliness about this slot. It won’t appeal to all players by any means, but which underwater adventure themed slots do? Reef Encounter is played over 5 reels, upon which sit a total of 25 paylines. All paylines can be adjusted by the player, as can coin values – from 0.01 up to 0.10. A total of up to 10 coins can be wagered per payline, and, thus, wagers will range from 0.01 per line per spin, up to 25.00 per spin. Maximum cash prizes are fixed at 7,500 coins in this slot. To win that cash prize, players are going to need to line up 5 wild symbols on any active payline in the game.

Special Features

As well as being the best paying symbols in this slot machine game, the clownfish symbols also act as wilds. These symbols can substitute for any other symbols which appear in the game. The only exception to this rule are the scatter symbols; clownfish cannot replace those.

There are two scatters for you to contend with in Reef Encounter. The first of these is the sea turtle. This symbol can appear and offer you scattered wins which are worth 6, 75, or 2,500 coins when it crops up 3, 4 or 5 times in any position on the reels.

The second scatter icon is a pink octopus. This symbol can trigger a free spins bonus should it appear 3, 4 or 5 times in any position on the reels during a single spin.

Bonus Feature

There is nothing over the top about Reef Encounter’s free spins bonus. Players will find that they are rewarded with 10 free spins for landing 3 scatters, 15 free spins for landing 4 scatters, and 20 free spins for bagging all 5 scatters on the reels during the base game. During the bonus feature itself, any winnings you pick up will be doubled courtesy of a 2x multiplier. Free spins can be retriggered during the feature by landing more scatter icons on the reels.
