Gung Pow does have a scatter icon, and that icon is a coin. When this scatter symbols is located twice or more in any positions upon the reels, the player will acquire scattered winnings of 1x, 2x, 10x or 100x their total bet, for 2, 3, 4 or 5 respective scatters. But, should they land 3 or more of them, they’ll bag a free spins bonus.

This video slot uses its own logo as its wild symbol. Wilds can substitute for all other icons in the game, barring the scatter icon. Unfortunately, wilds do only appear on the second and fourth reels, so players are going to have to hope that Lady Luck plays her part, to pocket a truly big payline in this game. Aside from the free spins bonus round, there doesn’t really seem to be much in the way of special features in this slot. That is somewhat unusual for a Microgaming title, especially one of their first ones released this year. One might have rightly expected a randomly triggered feature, of some sort or another, and yet none appear.

Gung Pow’s free spins bonus is good in that it not only offers multipliers, but it can also be retriggered, simply by landing additional scatters upon the reels.
