GOLDEN EGYPT

About Golden Egypt

Launched by IGT in October 2017, Golden Egypt is their latest take on the Ancient Egyptian genre of slots. IGT loves a good Ancient Egyptian slot – as we all know from their Cleopatra series – and you might argue that they are the kings of it. Queen Cleo makes an appearance in this game, as do ankhs, Eye of Horus symbols, various amulets and jewellery, as well as Pharaoh, Sphinx and Anubis imagery. The slot itself features 25 lines over 5 reels, with players able to wager total bets of 0.25 per spin, up to 2,500.00 a pop on this slot. That’s a pretty broad wagering range which should suffice all players on all budgets. Prizes worth up to 300x your total bet are there for the taking in this slot machine game. To win those prizes, you need to land 5 Tutankhamun masks on a line.

Special Features

This slot contains a Wild Stays Plays feature. When coins appear on the reels, they automatically added to the counters above those reels. Once two coins have been collected, the entire reel turns wild for the following two spins.

Wilds cannot replace bonus symbols, though. Those symbols appear as the Pyramids of Giza. These symbols can trigger a free spins bonus feature when 3 or more appear anywhere on the screen during a single spin. The number of scatter icons you locate will determine what kind of bonus you can enjoy, with players able to have a great deal of say in which bonus round they elect to choose.

Bonus Feature

Players who manage to bag 3 bonus symbols will get to choose from 5 spins with 3 wild reels, 15 spins with 2 wild reels, or 30 free spins with a single wild reel. If you managed to land 4 bonus scatters, you can select from 10 spins with 3 wild reels, 30 spins with 2 wild reels, or 60 spins with a single wild reel. Land all 5 bonus scatters on the reels and you pick 15 spins with 3 wild reels, 45 spins with 2 wild reels, or go for 90 spins with a single wild reel in this Ancient Egyptian themed slot.
