ENERGOONZ

About Energoonz

Play ‘n Go’s Energoonz is one of two similarly themed slots released with this kind of “reactor” style gameplay. Its sequel was launched in October 2017. As for the original, though, Energoonz features various forms of blob monsters as well as forms of energy which they live off. The slot is very tongue-in-cheek, but we like that. Energoonz features no paylines, precisely because it is a reactor slot. It does, however, feature 5 reels and a very flexible wagering range. Players hoping for cheap bets can stake just 0.01 per spin on this game, whilst players with more cash to burn can stake as much as 100.00 a go on this game, which has an RTP rate of roughly 96.73% and a non-progressive jackpot which is capped at 1,000x your total bet.

Special Features

One thing you will notice about this slot is that you do not need to land winning combinations on paylines to pocket prizes. Instead, you just need to group together clusters of identical symbols on the screen. These will then explode and be replaced by new ones which drop down from above. These cascading reels are the very essence of a reactor slot. When players land consecutive wins, it is possible for the central symbol on the screen to be transformed into a wild and will remain so if you keep winning.

Bonus Feature

The only bonus in Energoonz is a free spins feature. It can be triggered by landing the word BONUS on the reels. This is done by zapping away Energoonz in winning combos. Once the bonus has been triggered, players will pocket a total of just 10 free spins. Those take place on a different set of reels, and the reactor feature doesn’t work here. This makes the wins a little more challenging than the base game, although they are free, so that certainly counts for something. In terms of features, the sequel to this Play ‘n Go slot machine is arguably miles better and far more modern and up to date.
