About Diamond Mine: Deluxe 

Diamond Mine: Deluxe is a slot from RTG. This Real Time Gaming developed slot is based on their already existing Diamond Mine slot. In fact, it is similar (dare we say identical) to that game in many ways. Like its predecessor, this slot is a classic game and features three reels and a single payline. It will cost between 0.05 and 0.15 a spin, but this game offers more than its predecessor. While Diamond Mine offered up a 2,500-coin non-progressive jackpot, Diamond Mine: Deluxe can deliver wins worth 3,000 coins. For the most part, the game is played in the same way as its predecessor; although it is a lot more mobile-friendly, we would even say mobile-optimised compared to its counterpart. This game debuted less than five years ago, compared to Diamond Mine, which has a decade worth of experience behind it. 

Special Features 

The symbols in Diamond Mine: Deluxe aren’t that different from what you’d expect to see in other RTG games, including the original. However, there are changes. In the original, there are diamonds, bars, sevens, silver diamonds, and dollar signs, with the latter being the best paying icons in that game. In this deluxe edition, you’ve got cherries, bars, bar diamonds, sevens and 2x symbols. The 2x symbols are the best paying icons, and they can also act as multipliers. 

While the original Diamond Mind slot lacked any sort of features, the same isn’t true for this sequel. Diamond Mine: Deluxe comes with 2x symbols. When these appear on the game’s payline, you can expect to see them act as wild symbols and double the value of any winning combination on the payline. However, if you manage to bag two of these symbols in a payline combo, you can expect to quadruple (4x) the value of that win. The exception is for a three-of-a-kind using these symbols. In this case, you’d simply win the non-progressive jackpot. 

Bonus Feature 

Again, there are no special features or bonuses included in this game, save for the use of multiplier wilds as mentioned above. Don’t expect to see free spin bonuses, click and win or instant win features in this game. RTG has once more made it possible to win with a single icon (a solitary cherry is enough to offer wins ranging from two coins to six coins), but that’s about it. These are hardly what we would call special features.
