About Danger: High Voltage
Developed by BTG (Big Time Gaming), Danger: High Voltage is a music-themed slot and one which draws its inspiration and imagery from Electric Six’s song of the same name. This 2003 song was a hit in certain parts, and suitably enough of one to get a run out in the online slot world from this developer. Although it pales in comparison to other music-themed slots (such as those from NetEnt), the game does still offer unique gaming. There are 6 reels and 4,096 ways to win upon those reels, for instance. Players will also note that the game costs between 0.20 and 40.00 a pop, which isn’t too shabby for a game with so many ways to win. The downside is that the non-progressive jackpot is petite, at just 100x your total bet. The RTP (return to player) rate for this game is 95.67%.
Special Features
Wild symbols can appear stacked in the base game. They can only show up on the second, third, fourth and fifth reels of the game. There is also an electric wild which can ramp up your wins by 6x the normal rate of pay. Wilds can substitute for all other symbols in the game, save for scatter icons.
Those scatters appear as tattoo symbols and they can trigger a free spin bonus when 3 or more symbols appear on the reels. Players can then select from 1 of 2 possible free spin bonuses.
Bonus Feature
The first free spin bonus you can choose from promises a High Voltage Free Spins feature which delivers 15 free games. A High Voltage symbol can appear on those reels, and aside from acting as another wild, it can multiply your winnings between anything from 11x up to 66x when it appears in winning combos.
Danger: High Voltage’s second free spin bonus is called the Gates of Hell, and it promises 7 free spins with a randomly selected wild. That wild will be sticky on the second to fifth reels and remains sticky for the duration of the bonus round. Players who land four sticky wilds on the same reel will pocket an extra 3 free spins to add to their tally.
