About Almighty Ramses II

Launched in September 2017, Almighty Ramses II is an ancient Egyptian-themed slot loosely based on one of the greatest ever pharaohs. None of his exploits in Syria is recorded in this game, and the imagery implies that Ramses II could be just about any other pharaoh, if we are honest. However, as most slot players are not Egyptologists, they arguably will not mind EGT playing fast and loose with history one bit. The Egyptian slot itself is played over 5 reels and 20 lines and has an RTP of 96%. There is also a respectable non-progressive jackpot worth 10,000 coins up for grabs, and with bets costing between 0.20 and 40.00 a spin, there is plenty to play for.

Special Features

None of the special features which spring up in Almighty Ramses II is particularly extensive or overly enjoyable. However, this does not mean that they cannot dish out decent wins to unsuspecting slot players.

There is a wild symbol (the pyramid) that can substitute for other icons. Wilds are the best paying symbols, too, and can put you closer towards that 10,000-coin non-progressive prize. Stacked symbols also spring up here, and they make your odds of landing sizable wins a touch easier.

Scatters, too, are present on the reels of the Almighty Ramses II slot. You are going to land instant cash prizes (based on your stake) and trigger a free spin round if you are fortunate enough to land at least three of them on the reels.

Bonus Feature

Almighty Ramses II’s scatters (the temple icon) can trigger a free spin bonus with just three such instances appearing on the reels of the EGT slot. For accomplishing this, you will see yourself get a total of ten free spins. There is always a “but” with EGT’s slots, and here it is - but; there are no other added features to be won in the round.

You can retrigger the free spin round, but no added multipliers, special features and randomly triggered bonuses are set to pop up. Ultimately, this is a bare-bones bonus, and as mentioned above, not one we are overly excited about. There are better ancient Egyptian-themed slots out there on the net for you to play, both from a historically accurate and special feature perspective. Almighty Ramses II is not a bad slot by any means, but it is far from a great one.
