About Single Deck VIP Blackjack
Single Deck VIP Blackjack is an alteration of single deck blackjack. Although an alteration of single deck blackjack, the VIP game holds some essence of the single deck game. For example, the game is still played with a single deck and the player still goes against the dealer and tries to beat him with a higher hand that doesn’t exceed twenty-one.
As with all variants of a game (and not just blackjack), it is important to get acquainted with the rules of the game before sitting to play. This is because distinctions in the rules can alter your experience with a variant in a significant way. This variant is at parallel with standard Las Vegas Strip rules, where the goal is to reach a combination that is higher than the dealer’s hand but doesn’t exceed twenty-one in order to bag a win. The game narrows the amount of decks to one, which is a diversion from the standard six decks. Each punter placing wagers in this variant, plays independently against the dealer.
