Good customer service. I say this because I received an email a while back with a promotion for 50 no deposit free spins and I realized it was on a restricted game so I contacted customer support and they were very generous and helpful by crediting my account with a bonus of 10$ which is the value of the free spins. I don’t recieve much emails from them(only once a month) and when I do receive them they are excellent promotions. On the other hand I don’t like their loyalty point program. I feel it takes to long to earn LP points. They do have a VIP program as well but I’m not familiar with it because I’m not eligible as I’ve only made a couple deposits.

nice casino to play at, and they have a nice site, you can find everything easily , they have a nice collection of games, only thing i dislike is the slots from merkur are shared with bleuprint gaming and just a few merkur slots , and you cant take bonus with skrill or neteller. thats what i dislike. the chat response quick and to me friendly no problems there had no cashouts here but still enjoyed playing here. it's a good casino for playing slots. i had no problems here .

Really annoyed at the amount of emails Spinland sends me in a vague attempt to try and get me to deposit. I read through their terms and conditions and find it highly unlikely I will ever spend a penny on such a site. The games and software are great but just feels like a crafty place. Wouldn't advise.
