This place is great, however the perks fall short of expectations. They seem to have trouble maintaining my interest, and have changed software platforms twice. I guess bet on soft didn't do too well for them, so they transferred over to RTG. I would not say this is not a worthy casino to play, but I would not myself go out of my way to play here.

Played the chip - finally - I hope i didn't sign up twice, because I was thrown off as to whether I actually played the last time, because of the internet (server?) problems. This time, I was able to get some play in. I was doing great, on the new Lucky6 - very cool game, with six reels & two-way play, when the game suddenly froze, mid-spin. I checked my task manager and there was a wierd script on there - cefsubproc.exe. I had trouble getting rid of it and I will have to do a search for what it is, today. I am unsure of these new guys, but haven't heard anything bad yet. They are very keen on facebook promos, and getting into the mix on social media with their players. I have heard they have good bonuses, and fair comps. The game selection is excellent, and they really do try to keep contests and tourneys galore going to keep their players happy. Perhaps give their sign-up chip a try and judge for yourself, I thought their customer service was excellent, but have my favorite places to play already. I can't get the no deposit bonus because Bulgaria is a restricted country for getting anything without deposit, like in most casinos. Unfortunately I don't see Skrill as a payment method, and this totally makes me never deposit here. Maybe in future if they start accepting skrill...

August 2015, LCBs no deposit code still works, but only when you download their casino version. Can't say much about the website. The download version is the same like most RTG casinos have. That is funny because I sent 4 original documents: ID, credit card, verification form and utility bill. I cleared the NDB chip for the max of $150 (ending balance was $491). They claim there is an old account with my address and the name of a woman. No women lives here and they wouldn't give me a name to check with the landlord. I am somewhat new to this and this is easily the 3rd or 4th issue I have had with these online casinos. They requested documents initially which would show there is no women at this residence, I even offered for them to call the landlord. I am fairly sure they just do this to scam anyone out of winning on the chip, the player has no recourse. Case closed. I wont be depositing with them. Should be blacklisted if others report the same.

I think they are a decent casino. I am not a fan of their bonuses whatsoever, because I wanted to claim the free spins (they were for new and exsisting players) and support told me I couldn't. Most interesting thing is that I can't get Slotter from my home internet connection. I had to take a laptop to an outside connection and was able to get on from there. However I had at least ten time-outs while playing. All told, it seems that someone is very cleverly interfering with the RTG connection to my area. I don't know how or why and it sounds like a James Bond soap opera, but I'd been trying for at least four days to get through and finally left my house to get on. Whew! With all that difficulty, it's hard to tell how good this casino is, but it would be nice if people would investigate their own internet connections instead of expecting people to 'clear their cookies and cache' and that be the end of the problem.
