I pre Kyc'ed and sent my bitcoin withdrawal of $780 on September 8th. Still not received. Terrible customer service from a 3rd party vendor that can't do anything for you other than escalate your issue which takes 24-72hrs. I was sent 2 emails after I sent my withdrawal in on the same day the first saying congrats you should have your money shortly then I received the next email that said the withdrawal will be approved in 7-10 days (business days people!)lol. September 18th I get 2 more emails first one saying my money will be deposited shortly! Yaya! Second email said deposit will happen in 7-10 days. I won't even go into all of the chats I had because it would turn into a war and peace like novel. They will never see another penny from me. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to play here... unless he was the worst ever then I might! !!!!!!!DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!

Well I requested a withdraw of a $100 on the 23rd and I have not received one email or any type of communication from them so this tells me that they do not care about there players and I will not be making any deposits here and I recommend that players do the same. This has been one of the casinos that have been able to be consistent with withdrawals. they do not take a long time to process their withdrawals and support is great. i wish there we more promotions but no complaints overall.

Royal is is beyond the worst casino I’ve ever deposited on. They gave me 200 free spins on their new game for Halloween for a no deposit bonus. The max cash out was 500. I ended up making the wages and my cash out was 493.00 I waited 2 1/2 weeks after chatting with customer service screenshots and all and I’m telling me that it’s going through the seven day window. What is the seven day window was completed. Royal ace is more like a royal pain in the ace :) This casino is awful! They are seriously a joke and I just don’t see how they can even afford to keep themselves up and running! This is the worst casino I ever met!!! Don't waste your time there. Awful lagging website with poor games selection and shady bonus conditions. While playing you get disconnected all the time. These guys are part of one of the "super long time to get payout" group. They aren't necessarily bad because they eventually pay, but who wants to wait a month for a payout? Really, I don't understand their methods, but they have been around about 10+ years with same problems, and somehow find a way to make enough profit to stay in business. I think there are high rollers they cater to. If you look at some of the bonuses in the group, their match bonuses are the highest online, with some over 100% to $2000. Royal Ace used to be a favorite, however over the past year they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 2 day cash out to a 2 month cash outs, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process.
