So if you deposit bonus, don't expect to get paid that out anytime soon. They prioritize the people who deposits versus no deposit bonuses. Which I can understand. But also I do think that it should be first come first serve in a line of order versus prioritizing who is who.

I pre Kyc'ed and sent my bitcoin withdrawal of $780 on September 8th. Still not received. Terrible customer service from a 3rd party vendor that can't do anything for you other than escalate your issue which takes 24-72hrs. I was sent 2 emails after I sent my withdrawal in on the same day the first saying congrats you should have your money shortly then I received the next email that said the withdrawal will be approved in 7-10 days (business days people!)lol. September 18th I get 2 more emails first one saying my money will be deposited shortly! Yaya! Second email said deposit will happen in 7-10 days. I won't even go into all of the chats I had because it would turn into a war and peace like novel. They will never see another penny from me. Used a free welcome bonus that had a max cash out of like 100 but ended up winning like 5k! Of course just my luck. So I played it all away until I got to 100 and never was able to even cash out anyways. Very disappointing.

After reading the experiences other members had with Royal Ace I am so glad I quit playing at nearly all of the Inclave brands. I think they all kind of went down hill. From my understanding none of them are licensed either.

Well I requested a withdraw of a $100 on the 23rd and I have not received one email or any type of communication from them so this tells me that they do not care about there players and I will not be making any deposits here and I recommend that players do the same. You would think they would want to get some decent feedback from the players instead of constant bad reviews but then again like I said they do not care.
