Making transactions with Matchbook casino is actually easy and their games are fun to play. However, I tried messaging them for a concern I had and I must say that I am so disappointed with their customer care. Both their chat and email team weren't responsive. I did receive a reply after more than hour but it wasn't helpful. Shouldn't have wasted my time by messaging them, it's disappointing.

I like the variety of slots and sometimes they give away free spins with only 1x of rollover, I have only withdrawn once but the payment was very fast.

I had a very bad experience by playing live roulette in this Casino ,I lost more than 1000euro there in few hours .I have a lot of experience with Live roulette but i have never ever lost lot of money like that .I would never recommend to play Live Roulette there .It may be a problem caused by the roulette provider but the casino has no reaction to my complaint.

I know they are decent casino but having few slot providers as Netent cant catch my attention.The funny thing was they asked for my documents so they would verify my account, unfortunately they refused to accept my bank statement as prove of residence so thats why now my account is close.Well if you are not accepting my documents which every casino accepts it dont know how or what to send you.

Seems they focus more on betting then casino because they have mainly Netent slots and 2 other providers wich is really boring to say at least. Their bonuses are OK.. i love their free spins cause they are wager free. they should up the max bet while playing bonus funds.. 1 euro max bet is too low! I would play there for betting for slotting i would head to other casino's with better slot(providers) choices. Hope some day they upped their slotcollection.

its a nice casino even i think i dont have ever deposit here , i know i cashdout a few times here its a nice site with i nice layout the only thing is they have only netent and redtiger so thats maybe a reason I still haven't deposited here . but i cant complain with a few cashouts . maybe thats also the reason that i dont get any email anymore from them , maybe i give it a try i like the redtiger games also more then i used to do .

This casino should think of implementing more casino providers as they have only Netent and Playtech slots.What i dislike about this casino is their bonuses.Very high wagering and be careful of the bet size amount,betting only 1 EUR for bonuses is really shocking,taking bonus will take you ages to manage that.About their loyalty i guess they are good on that,as i made 1 deposit long time ago and whenever there is some new game released they always send me free spins,never cashed out from here but reading other members review they are pretty fast.

Had a good win on first deposit but it seemed that after withdrawing and going back to deposit again this casino just wanted my winnings back as no matter what slot i played i could only manage little wins,so decided to cut ties while i was still in profit and played elsewere....good site and selection of slots though.
