I've played at Maneki for awhile & have enjoyed it. Nice and smooth website and app but the loyalty system for me is a bit confusing and the customer support takes quite awhile to get in touch, I like the free spins you can claim sometimes. Overall it's a great casino but the minimum deposit amount is quite high.

To me just average no I dont believe I will ever be able to win anything there, one year+ I made a deposit got my bonus but it was gone so fast , free spins just once winnings about EUR 20 that's all I am still playing sometimes but only when I am offered free spins until I win anything from it I wont redeposit

I am changing my rating now that I have redeposited and tried a couple months after my win. I won $450 and requested a cashout. They refused the cashout, no email to tell me why or when they did that. Then I found out they want proof of every deposit made. This is stalling tactic used to frustrate the player and reverse and lose it. Sadly for them, I dont play their games. I provided the documents. If a casino does this over $450 cashout, what would they do over a 10k withdrawal? Avoid this casino, they do not like paying players at all and will ask for endless documents trying to find a way not to pay.

Welcome bonus package isn't that good because the minimum deposit for additional free spin is 50 Euro, which very high. These days, some casinos give 100~200 free spins for a 1st deposit of 20 Euro. Decent casino. Took the welcome bonus and finished with $650. Sent in all documents and requested cashout and I was paid the next morning when I woke up. Alot of games dont count towards wager is really their only downfall
